Ego: Our Great Regret

This audio is a fresh recapitulation of the first session of the course: INGREDIENTS FOR AWAKENING. It is important to know where we begin. Therefore, during this recording we will unmask the root of our suffering: our ego. This illusory identity grows and entrenches itself deep inside. Dissolving it opens us to Awakening. We will examine our ego-based identity from different angles, exposing its influence on our daily life and well-being.
