Good morning,

Dear friend.

Welcome to a new day with so much to be grateful for.

Begin by taking deep breaths,

Feeling your chest,

Your belly,

Expanding as you breathe in,

As you breathe out,

Becoming present to this moment,

Preparing yourself for a beautiful day by beginning with gratitude.

Breathing in is revitalizing you,

Breathing out,

Feeling more space inside,

Becoming receptive to all that is beautiful within you.

To connect with gratefulness,

Place your hands on your heart center in the middle of your chest.

Really touch your heart,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe,

Is awakening your sensitivity.

Feel your heart opening with each breath you take.

Think of something you feel grateful for.

It could be a personal connection,

An expansion in your work,

Or something about yourself,

A strength that's helping you.

As you connect with this,

Feel your heart.

What do you feel?

Do you feel warmth,

An expansion,

Or light?

Take deep breaths into your heart.

Feel this quality of gratitude expand with each breath you take.

This is like the sun,

Radiant,

Shining in all directions,

Nourishing you from the inside.

You may be feeling closer to yourself,

Or that gratefulness is expanding your ability to appreciate what you are receiving right now.

This opens you to receive even more,

Receiving all the blessings that life is showering on you.

What are you ready to receive today?

What's important to you?

You may picture it or feel it happening as you receive the essence of this connection or activity today.

Be open to however it comes,

Perhaps in ways you least expected or imagined.

Sometimes it's a matter of getting out of your own way,

Letting go of old ideas that no longer serve you so that you can open to the magic of life,

The beauty and perfection of this moment,

The unfolding of each moment.

Life is giving you everything you need,

And gratefulness enables you to receive it.

Enjoy having what's important for you today.

Take a deep breath and open your eyes whenever you're ready.
