Begin by feeling your body.
Feeling the movement of your chest and your belly as you breathe.
Place your hands on your heart center.
Here is your heart space.
In your heart you rediscover the compassion that is part of your deeper nature,
Already within you.
Take deep,
Gentle breaths into your heart.
Feeling the warmth inside your heart expanding with each breath.
Soothing you,
Caressing you from the inside.
Feel your heart embracing you as you are.
Feeling and feeling.
Allowing whatever you're experiencing,
Body sensations,
Thoughts,
Emotions.
To have space and time to be here in the healing atmosphere of your heart.
Where you can be whole.
Everything is denied or rejected.
Your heart even embraces any resistance to what you're feeling.
Feeling whatever is there.
Here you can be honest to yourself.
Relaxing into being however you are.
As you relax into allowing what is,
Without rejection,
Without resistance.
You may be feeling an opening inside.
Breathing to yourself in this moment.
To what is deeper within you.
To the compassion deep within your heart.
Yes.
Compassion opening like a cool breeze flowing on a summer day.
Or perhaps it feels like a door is opening inside.
Revealing what is beautiful within you.
A garden of compassion.
Overflowing with beauty.
Releasing a fragrance of love.
Tenderness.
Care.
Feelness.
Let the compassion you find deep within flow like a stream flowing within your body.
Compassion flowing to your mind with its effort to figure things out and find solutions.
Allow compassion to embrace whatever your mind is thinking.
Feeling your compassion soothing away tension.
Releasing any pressure.
Discomfort.
Compassion flowing to your imperfections.
Weaknesses.
Hurt parts of your body.
Compassion rejuvenating your body.
Strengthening you.
Allowing compassion to flow to your emotions.
To disturbing feelings.
Fear.
Anger.
Frustration.
To any emotions you feel.
A deep empathy.
Compassion giving space to your emotions.
No separation.
Deep oneness.
Emotions.
Compassion.
Breathe and feel.
Compassion flowing freely.
Healing you.
Wearing you.
If you also wish to let compassion flow to others who may have pain.
Allow compassion to radiate out like the sun.
Feeling its warmth.
Light.
Surrounding you in an atmosphere of love.
Radiating out towards others.
Now that your compassion is flowing,
Notice how by sharing it,
Compassion grows even bigger.
Shining brightly in all directions.
To yourself.
To others.
To nature.
All of life.
The compassion you're feeling is always here,
Deep within.
Simply remember to go in,
To connect with your heart,
And allow compassion to flow freely.

Stretch your body,
