Session 1: Connecting to the soul of your business

This meditation is the first session in the series Co-creating with the soul of your business.

In this guided visualisation, you are invited to connect with the deeper energy, essence, and life force of your business. Through grounding and embodied awareness, you create space for the energetic presence of your business to reveal itself in whatever way feels natural for you. This may arise as sensations, colours, images, feelings, or a quiet sense of connection.

For some people the connection is immediate. For others it unfolds gradually over time. Both are perfect.

This practice opens the doorway to relating to your business as a conscious creative partnership rather than something you simply manage or control.

I invite you to get comfortable, You can close your eyes or lower your gaze whichever feels better to you and as we begin this visualization just setting the intention to connect to the soul, The energy or the life force of your business and so now beginning to draw your attention away from the external world inside of you starting to bring breath into your lower belly allowing it to soften feeling your heart beating in your chest feeling your breath move inside your lungs feeling your hips relaxing allowing your shoulders to drop breathing into your back relaxing your jaw breathing being present in your body and just fully relaxing into the support beneath you allowing yourself to be held and now from up above imagine a golden light coming down through your soul star chakra into your crown down past your third eye down past your throat into your heart space golden light into your solar plexus your sacral into your base chakra and down into your air star chakra a few inches beneath your feet holding you grounding you divine golden light connecting you from up above to down below and just fully surrender into this light breathing it in feeling the connection holding and support and just keep breathing in this space and now from this space of connection grounding and holding just inviting the energy of your business to come to you and just noticing without expectation where you begin to feel the spark of this energy forming feeling its presence and inviting it to reveal more of itself to you so that you can fully feel it and deepen or begin your relationship with it and just allowing it to form and come to you what does it feel like noticing its energy any colors shapes visions or feelings that you get allowing it to form and make itself known in the way it wants to allowing it to lead and so just being with this energy getting to know one another just holding you in this space to connect with it in whatever way it comes through for you today and now just thanking this energy knowing that this is the beginning of a new relationship with it and if it feels good making a commitment to connect with it from this point forward so that you can deepen your trust in one another and co-create together and now inviting you to bring this energy into your heart and hold it there feeling your connection deeply breathing it in and taking a couple more breaths and then when you're ready you can slowly feel yourself back in your body moving around a bit and then when you're ready you can gently bring yourself back into the space opening your eyes and taking a moment to note anything that came through for you
