So yeah,

Just get really comfortable.

Feel free to lie down.

And just making sure you're really,

Really supported.

And gently closing your eyes if that feels good to you.

And just feeling your body relax.

Settling into the support beneath you.

And just breathing into your belly.

Allowing it to soften.

Allowing your hips to relax.

Relaxing your shoulders.

Feeling your back let go.

Unclenching your jaw.

Allowing your brow to soften.

Breathing into any areas of tightness.

And on the out breath letting go.

Just a little bit more.

And just feeling your body surrender into the support beneath it.

And just feeling that support beneath you.

Softening a little bit more.

And just allowing your body to breathe in its own natural intuitive rhythm.

Being supported.

Present in your body.

Now just connecting to your earth star chakra.

A few inches below your feet in the ground.

And just bringing your attention to this anchor point.

That holds you.

Connecting you with Mother Earth.

Just breathe into that space.

Bringing your energy down.

Now imagine a copper light here in this space.

A little glowing copper light.

And as you breathe into it.

Breathing into that light.

That holds you here on earth.

Your anchor point to earth.

With your body a bridge up to the heavens.

Just breathing into this space.

Feeling that light radiating now.

Now bringing your attention up to your root chakra at the base of your spine.

Just noticing how it feels as you bring your awareness to this part of your being.

Taking a moment to feel into the energy here.

Now begin to see a vibrant red light forming.

With each breath,

Imagine it getting brighter and stronger.

And to fill up this space in your being.

Glowing red.

And infusing this light with the intention that you are grounded,

Safe and supported.

Letting this light glow at your base as you move up to the sacral chakra.

Bringing your attention to your sacral a few centimeters below your belly button.

Simply noticing what it looks and feels like right now.

Feeling into this creative center.

Now I invite you to imagine a golden orange light forming here.

And with each breath you take in.

Imagine it getting bigger.

Filling that space with its warm glowing energy of creation.

Holding yourself in this space,

Breathing and receiving that glowing orange.

Filling your sacral with orange light.

Which now radiates outwards.

Now moving up to your solar plexus.

Your power center at the core of your being.

Just noticing how this part of you feels today.

Noticing without judgment or expectation.

Now I invite you to imagine a golden yellow light forming here.

And feel it begin to grow as you breathe into it.

Each breath gets stronger,

More vivid.

Imagine breathing in confidence,

Balance and strength.

Allowing this light to fill your solar plexus area.

Golden yellow light radiating outwards.

Now moving up to the heart space.

Bringing awareness to this part of your being.

Simply noticing and breathing into it.

Feeling it soften as you do.

Now imagine an emerald green light beginning to form.

And with each breath in,

It begins to get brighter and bigger.

Filling up your chest space.

And with each breath in,

Imagine that you're breathing in love,

Beauty and compassion.

Breathing it all in,

Filling up.

Emerald green light filling up your heart chakra and radiating outwards.

Now bringing your attention up to your throat space.

Noticing how it feels today.

And breathing into any areas of tightness.

Allowing it to soften.

Now imagine a glowing blue light beginning to form.

Seeing it in that space,

Blue light.

And as you breathe into the blue light,

It expands and gets fuller and brighter.

Beginning to radiate outwards.

Breathing into this light.

Infusing your throat chakra with clear expression and communication.

Filling up this space with clarity.

Blue light radiating outwards.

Now moving up to the space between your brows towards your third eye chakra.

Indition an indigo or deep royal blue light beginning to form in this space.

Imagine this deep blue colour filling up this area,

Expanding with each breath.

And as it expands,

Infusing the light with trust.

A connection to your intuition.

And knowing.

And knowing that in this space you can get the answers to everything you need.

Breathing this deep blue light into this space.

And as it expands,

It expands and gets fuller and brighter.

Now we move up to your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Your connection to the divine.

And just bringing your awareness to your crown and noticing how it feels today.

Now visualise a purple light beginning to form like a lotus flower opening on the top of your head.

And breathing into it.

Seeing that glowing purple light radiating into your crown chakra with each breath.

Now bringing your attention to the crown chakra.

Now bringing your attention up to your soul star chakra above your crown.

The anchor point above you.

The portal to the divine.

And now I invite you to imagine a magenta light glowing here,

Connecting you to the above.

Feeling that point above your crown filling with magenta light.

Now breathing into your body.

All your chakras radiating with light.

All connected.

All glowing in their individual colours.

From the earth star to the base.

The sacral.

Solar plexus.

Heart.

Throat.

Third eye.

Crown and soul star.

All chakras filled with light.

Allowing yourself to breathe into this.

Balancing and restoring you.

All over.

Breathing it in.

Now just scanning your body from the crown down to the base.

And back up again in your own time.

Is there anything that you notice?

Do you need to focus on any areas in your body moving forward?

Just noticing.

And now once again just breathing all of it in.

Allowing yourself to bask in that light.

And setting the intention that only love can enter your auric field if that feels good to you.

Now drawing it all back into your body.

Feeling balanced and restored.

Beginning to feel yourself back in your body.

Feeling yourself in the room that you're in.

The support beneath you.

And beginning to bring some gentle movement into your arms,

Your legs,

Your hands and your feet.

Very,

Very slowly.

When you're ready you can gently open your eyes and begin to bring yourself back into this space.
