Thank you SO much, Lou! I really needed to hear this. I don’t think I happened here by accident today. When I sit down to meditate I often either use the timer, sit in silence, or I will listen to some music. But today, as I sat down, I felt I was in need of a talk. Not just a guided meditation talk but a talk. I immediately thought of you because through the years I have enjoyed your various talks, in addition to your meditations. So I went to your site and after scrolling just a bit found this. It was exactly what my soul needed. I have been struggling to give myself permission to follow my heart for decades because I was told I wasn’t good enough or worthy. I have made faltering step after faltering step. I have had a Substack account for four years with the intention of posting on it. Through these years I have written random first post after first post and yet never once posted. Maybe - after listening to this again and doing the course you mentioned, I will give myself the permission to go forward. 🙏♥️🙏
