Incredible!! Love Lou’s meditations. It’s a gloomy cloudy January day - towards the end of this Meditation when it came time to release the yellow light into the Universe, I stretched my arms up to the sky, eyes still closed and the yellow light of the sun peaked through the clouds, strong, warming my face and spirit. Sun after days of clouds, rain and January bluster. Feel the power!! Jai!!
