Welcome to day four of the Embrace,
Empower and Evolve meditation series.
Go ahead now and find your meditation space.
Start finding your breath.
Maybe by now on the fourth day you're starting to get into your comfortable space a little easier.
Starting to find that sense of familiarity,
That sense of comfort in sitting down and coming to your breath.
As you breathe maybe today the thoughts come and go a little less.
Starting to tap into your breath.
Tap into that life-giving energy.
Go ahead and take a few deep inhales and exhales,
Expanding your chest,
Expanding your shoulders on the inhale.
And releasing,
Relaxing on the exhale.
Noticing where your hands are placed,
Feeling them touching your legs,
Your knees.
Maybe they're just on the ground,
Whatever sensations that you can feel.
Just notice it.
Notice the relaxation,
Notice the subtle touch.
Go ahead and bring that awareness of your hands up through your arms,
Noticing the energy come through your wrists.
And as you breathe up you can feel the air,
You can feel the energy starting to come through your arms,
Expanding your chest until it stops right at the center of your heart.
And then on the exhale you start releasing,
Grounding,
Finding that embrace that we've cultivated here.
Coming back to your power,
Your unmeasured power,
That strength that you have.
Breathing into that space that we've worked on.
Breathing from the base of the spine up into the heart.
You have this tremendous power and today's meditation is going to be around using that power and asking what you want to create with it.
And then from there we are going to allow whatever you want to create,
We're going to allow it to come into your life,
Into your reality.
So continue to breathe,
If you lose track,
Just come back to your breath,
Come back to your center,
Back to your power.
Ask yourself in this moment,
What do I want to create?
What do I want to create?
Allow whatever to come up inside.
Maybe you want to create a new business,
A new stream of income.
Maybe you want to create more peace,
More power,
Maybe you want to create more confidence in your life.
Whatever is coming to you,
Just sit with it.
Breathe into it.
Starting to hold a vision,
If you can,
Of what you want to create,
Start painting a picture in your mind's eye.
Maybe you've been stressed and anxious lately and you just want to create this peace and this relaxation in your life and you see yourself sitting in a forest,
Maybe meditating,
Maybe just relaxing in this pure sense of peace and calm.
Maybe you want to create an impact,
Maybe you have a message to share with the world and you see yourself sending that message.
Maybe you're on a stage,
Maybe you're presenting to a company.
Maybe there's a little passion project that you have on the side.
You just want to create something that you love.
Start picturing it in your mind.
What does it look like?
Who's there?
What are the colors you're seeing?
Is there sound?
Are you talking?
Are you listening?
Is there any distinct smells that are coming out to you?
Getting into your senses and really getting an idea,
Really getting yourself inside of this environment,
Inside of your creation.
What does it,
Most importantly,
What does it feel like?
What does it feel like to have this creation,
Have you be in this creation that you've made in your mind's eye?
Can you feel the excitement?
Feel the joy of that moment?
You feel the peace that you know you're meant to feel?
If you can feel it,
You can see it,
If you can touch it in your vision,
Then you are creating that.
As you breathe,
Go to that power.
Find that power that we've cultivated.
Repeat,
I am confident that I can create this vision.
I am confident that I can create this vision.
As you breathe,
Continue to breathe yourself in this feeling,
Sitting in it,
Embracing it.
I can create anything that I envision.
If your mind starts to wander,
Just come back to your breath,
Come back to that vision,
Come back to what you want to create.
Whether you are two weeks or two years away from this vision,
Know that it is possible and it will come if you hold it in your mind and you hold it in your thoughts and you take just a little action each day towards that vision.
It will come exactly at the time it's supposed to.
There's no need to stress,
No need to worry,
No need to be anxious to have it now.
If you ever feel like things aren't happening fast enough,
Take three minutes out of your day,
Find this comfortable space and just take a few breaths and bring up that vision again in your mind.
If you can still see it,
If you can still feel it and picture it,
It's there,
It's waiting for you.
No one else has the same vision as you.
You are unique,
You are beautiful and you have this unique gift to express,
Whether it's creating peace for yourself,
Creating it for others,
You are meant to live a joyous,
Happy,
Fulfilled and excited life.
You know that,
The core of who you are knows that.
And that it's in your creations and you can express and know yourself even deeper.
You are so beautiful and I look forward to seeing all that you create.
Whenever you are ready,
No rush,
Start bringing the breath back into your body,
Noticing your hands again,
Noticing your shoulders,
Your feet and whenever it calls to you,
Go ahead and open your eyes and come back to your space.
