Welcome to part two of the perception process,
The body.
Whilst you have now moved your own perception in the mind,
It is now time to align the body with the perception of what you are seeing,
What you have been looking at from your mind screen.
I ask you to once again take yourself into relaxation,
Close your eyes,
Take a couple of deep breaths,
Relax your body,
Relax your mind.
And I ask you to think about your cells,
That each cell contains every thought and every feeling.
The cell is also energy that you are and emotions that you feel.
The muscle,
The blood,
The bones,
The cells.
I ask you to see each cell as a glittering,
Pulsating helix,
Like a snowflake or a spider's web.
You are the weaver of your own creation.
Allow your new perception to filter into the body by placing it into every cell.
And you now see those shining cells shine brighter than before.
Do this now.
And you are the weaver of your own creation.
Thank you.
Now bring into the forefront of your mind your heart.
Your heart is a muscle.
The muscle stores information,
Past events,
Past emotions,
Past pain,
Past grief,
Past loss,
Past perceptions.
Current perceptions.
Place into your heart muscle your new perception.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now bring your attention to your arms and your legs.
Which are your ability to walk forward,
Your ability to focus and your ability to move and to flow.
Place the new perception into the arms and into the legs.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now place the perception into the solar plexus,
The stomach,
The greatest outcome of the perception.
Into the solar plexus,
The house of power,
The seat of knowing,
The good feeling.
In doing so,
You are activating your senses while activating your emotion and energy.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Allow the body to take a stretch as this bit is growing and releasing.
Within the body is physical power,
Emotional health and wellbeing.
It holds your potential,
Your spirit,
The true essence of you.
Your natural potential is unleashed as the mind and the body are now in sync.
The natural potential within you is unleashed.
The spirit of you.
You've opened yourself,
You've opened doorways up to health and wellbeing of mind and body that will accelerate your effectiveness.
And you understand that a healthy perception leads to a wealthy outcome.
You feel the health and wellbeing in your body and your mind and you are able to achieve balance on another level.
To know the results are already here,
That you are already successful,
Effective,
Whole and complete.
