Healing With Goddess Freya & Mother Earth

In this episode Goddess Freya invites you to leave behind what is in the past and gives you blessings on Ostara, the Spring Equinox inviting you to make offerings of your hopes and dreams for the future.

You are joined by the spirit of Mother Earth who is holding you and loving you unconditionally as you step forward to speak, to know and to embody her energy for you, for the collective, for humanity as the New Earth is shaped.

Blessings to you for Ostara and the turning of the seasons.

Hello and welcome to this special edition of The Natural Way for the Spring Equinox.

The Natural Way is a set of seasonal reflections,

Meditations,

Connections,

Bringing you the medicines,

Messages and symbols that would have contributed to the survival and existence of your ancestors' connection to nature,

The natural way of living,

Being and developing.

I invite you to find a place where you will not be disturbed for the next 30 minutes.

Take a seat or lie down,

Get yourself comfortable.

Begin to relax your mind,

Begin to relax your body.

Finding the space above your head and allowing yourself to breathe into that space and allow yourself to work your way down your body,

Allowing the breath to guide you,

Where everything becomes softer and gentler,

Through the top of your head,

Your scalp,

Onto your forehead,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Breathing softly,

Gently,

Each part of your body that's touched by this breath,

Relaxing more and more,

The chin,

The throat,

The chest,

The shoulders.

Take a deep sigh here.

Relaxing those arms,

Hands and every finger.

Breathing deeply into the abdomen,

Down into the thighs,

Knees,

Calves and the soles of the feet that are now grounding deeply into Mother Earth,

As the roots from the soles of your feet travel down,

Down,

Down into the centre of Mother Earth and wrap themselves around the core,

Keeping you grounded and safe and centred.

And today we invite in the support of your spiritual team to surround you in a soft blanket of safety,

Protection,

So that you are cocooned in a shield of golden light,

Head to toe,

All around,

Above and below.

And as you become familiar with that feeling of complete relaxation,

You open the cinema screen of your mind and you're transported to a wild meadow.

And this wild meadow reaches far in front of you,

Far behind you,

And there are wild flowers all around.

Daisies,

Sunflowers,

There is golden light everywhere.

The different colours of the flowers merging and mingling with that low,

Hazy light of spring.

The fresh smell of spring in the air,

Just emerging,

Just gently emerging.

And you begin to walk through the meadow,

Barefoot,

Just gently feeling one step in front of the other.

And because the grass is so long,

You cannot see directly in front of you,

And you've come upon a clearing.

And within this clearing,

There is a gathering,

A gathering of women.

And they are holding bunches,

Poses of the wild flowers,

And they are making chains of flowers to put in each other's hair,

All around the wrist,

Around the waist,

So they are adorned in flowers.

And although this is a spring day,

There is still a chill in the air,

And so there is a fire,

A fire in the centre,

Which is just burning,

Gently to give off a small warmth.

And you hold out your hands,

Just to warm your hands against the fire for a moment.

And there is one vision of the springtime,

Who beckons you into the circle,

Into the circle she invites you to take a place.

And this is Goddess Freya,

She is the goddess of love,

Fertility,

Magic.

She has the ability to see into the future,

And she invites you to come,

Come gently,

Take a seat,

Take a seat.

For today is a day of celebration,

Today is the day when Goddess Freya returns,

As she feels the gentle pushing up of the seeds that have been planted some time ago.

And she sees that perhaps you are carrying some of the darkness,

The denseness of those long winter months,

That have been a time of immense and incredible transformation for us,

For Mother Earth.

And she has been busy supporting,

So that now,

This time of emergence,

This time of abundance,

This time for us all to come together,

Becomes a beautiful celebration of everything we have been through,

Everything we have experienced.

And she now invites you to place from your heart,

From your solar plexus,

From your throat,

From your root,

From your sacral,

Anything into the fire.

Which is to be left in the darkness of the past,

Of this time of transformation,

And so you see this as a gentle smoke that comes from each of those chakras,

Each of those areas,

Each of those energy centres,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Regrets,

Worries,

Anxieties,

The incredible enormity of where we are going as a humanity.

Whether you have been consciously aware or not,

It has influenced us all.

So she invites you to leave all of this within the fire,

Let it burn away.

And as the smoke enters the fire,

It then rises and rises and rises and is dissolved,

Disappearing into the haze of this beautiful spring day.

And all the while the women are dancing around the circle,

Bringing this new energy,

This rejuvenation,

This spring energy,

More of it into the circle,

More of it into the space.

And then the fire and the flames begin to diminish,

Becoming smaller and smaller.

And as you are gazing into the space where the fire is,

Whatever has been,

Whatever has been burning is now completely disintegrated into ash,

So there is now an expanse of ash in the middle of the circle.

And it is immediately cool and there is now the energy and warmth of that spring sunshine just gently warming you up,

Awakening those emerging parts of you that have been waiting for this very moment.

And the Goddess invites you to place your offerings of springtime,

Spring flowers,

Berries,

Nuts,

Seeds,

And with them feathers,

Tokens of spring,

You select whatever you are drawn to.

Goddess Freya now invites you to also place into the ashes your hopes and your dreams for the future.

For she knows with her foresight that the great periods of change were creating huge energetic waves that will ripple through every single one of us.

And the clearer we can become about what we are creating,

What we are wishing for,

For ourselves and others,

For this is a collective consciousness that we are creating,

The clearer we are,

The more grounded we will remain,

Our roots deep into the earth,

The more clarity we will receive of our future and that of Mother Earth.

And rising up from the ashes there is now a shape,

A form of Mother Earth created from all of the offerings,

Made up of flowers and seeds and feathers,

Tiny bird eggs,

The little and tiniest of tadpoles,

The green,

The fresh leaves on the trees,

And this embodiment of Mother Earth is sharing with you that there is much to be excited about,

There is much to look forward to,

There is much that you have prepared and been prepared for,

And she wants you to embody this energy,

This energy filled with love and light and hope and emergence and renewal and rejuvenation and rebuilding in the lighter,

Brighter months to come,

In the lighter,

Brighter years to come,

As we raise our consciousness,

As we raise our frequency,

As we become connected,

More connected with each other,

With the planet,

With nature,

With the heartbeat of Mother Earth,

And you can sense and feel her heartbeat as it runs through your own body and you are synchronising with the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

So you can take forward yourself with this energy,

With this movement,

With this light,

With this bright golden light,

And you can now hear the voice of Mother Earth,

The angelic voice which ripples through the streams,

The rivers,

The seas,

The fields,

The mountains,

And it tremors and it shivers through your body,

Releasing any dark,

Tense,

Toxic energies,

Emotions to be left behind.

She sings for you,

She sings for you on this day of celebration.

She wishes to celebrate you all.

She wishes you to know how special you are,

How beautiful you are,

And that to her you have always been and always will be in this lifetime,

In the next and the next and the next.

She wishes you to hold this,

Knowing within yourself,

Within your heart,

Within your solar plexus,

Within your throat,

So that with every word,

With every expression,

You are doing so with the love,

The unconditional love of Mother Earth,

The Divine,

As a beloved child of the Universe.

The form of Mother Earth begins to fade but you are holding her as she is holding you,

Gently within your heart space.

A reminder of all that is new,

All that is peaceful,

Tranquil,

Calm,

Serene,

Safe,

Secure,

Stable.

You feel an overwhelming sense of connection and you are now ready to leave the circle.

And you are bestowed with gifts as the circle of women smile and nod and the Goddess Freya places her hands lightly upon your shoulders and then lightly upon your cheeks,

So that you are left with her imprint to support you,

To guide you with your renewal,

With your rebirth.

With the rebuilding of what has arisen from the ashes for you.

She will be with you.

She will be with you.

You walk back,

Finding your way back to the beginning of the meadow where you started,

Carrying with you the spirit of Mother Earth,

The blessings and wishes of Goddess Freya.

And you take one last deep breath of this space as you begin to bring yourself back into the present moment,

Back into the room that you are in.

Allowing yourself to adjust,

Giving thanks to Mother Earth,

To Goddess Freya,

To her ladies of spring,

Perhaps wiggling your fingers and toes.

Allowing yourself to notice the breath.

Thanking those who have kept you safe,

Your own spiritual support team and any others who were guided to assist you and support and keep you safe today.

And when you're ready,

In your own time,

You can open your eyes.
