Welcome to this meditation,
Which is to enable you to let the crystalline light in.
The crystalline grid energy of the earth and sun holds the matrix of your soul blueprint.
And your connection to the source of light plugs you into your unlimited potential and to the light codes and the activation of the crystalline grid.
The crystalline grid allows you to receive information updates,
Light upgrades and an alignment with your light body.
It allows you to immerse yourself into the energising and revitalising light which will show you the illumination of all that you are and all that you came to be.
These are the instructions and the handbook to your soul print and they will guide you along your light imprinted magical way.
Please take a seat or lie down.
If you are sitting,
Place your feet upon the floor and crossing your arms and legs and take three or four deep breaths.
Relax your shoulders.
Feel a sense of calm washing over you.
Feel the floor beneath the soles of your feet.
And begin to feel roots growing from the soles of your feet like a tree.
And these roots are beginning to descend down through the layers of the floor that your feet are placed upon.
Down through the layers of earth and concrete,
The segments of ages winding down and down to the centre of the earth,
To the Mother Earth.
And these roots connecting to Mother Earth also connect to this crystalline energy.
And this crystalline energy is iridescent sparkling in a light shimmering pink.
And you are connecting to this energy now.
And as you connect to this energy,
You now find yourself seated in a cave.
You're still connected to Mother Earth and seated within this cave.
You are safe.
You are protected and you are guided.
And as you open your eyes within the cave,
You see that it is dark but you do not feel afraid.
And as your eyes adjust to the dark,
There appear sources of light.
Perhaps they are flames of candles or beacons placed around the cave.
And these are illuminating the walls of the cave.
So from where you are sitting,
You can now start to see the floor and the walls.
And so you might start to see pictures,
Drawings,
Carvings,
Images and you have a strong sense that this is where your ancestors once dwelled.
The cave is merely a representation to show you that these are ancestors for many,
Many,
Many lifetimes ago.
And so you see in these images an essence of yourself,
A picture into the past and you feel a strong connection.
And perhaps you stand up and place your hands against these pictures and images and feel once more that strong connection to those that came before And now you see there is an entrance to the cave and you step outside of it into bright sunlight.
On a landscape maybe you recognise or maybe it is new to you.
So you notice what is beneath your feet.
You notice what is around you,
Whether there are trees or rocks or stones,
Desert or water,
Ice or snow.
Once more connecting with the landscape of your ancestors.
You find a place to sit somewhere comfortable,
A rock,
A ledge,
A seat,
A place to sit.
You see a seat carved into a cliffside.
You take your place and as you sit here you feel the energising energy of the sun.
There are no clouds in the sky so there is nothing to stop you from feeling the beautiful warmth as it shines upon your face and body.
And you start to feel cocooned by this energy.
And you are once more with your feet connecting to the crystalline energy of the earth,
Drawing up this sparkling pink iridescent energy up through the soles of your feet,
Up through your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
All the way up through your root chakra,
Your sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Into your heart chakra,
The sparkling iridescent light,
Lighting up your light body as it flows upwards through your neck,
Your shoulders down into your arms and your fingertips where they may begin to tingle,
Up through your head into your third eye and up through your crown chakra until this light,
This energy is bursting out of your crown and meeting the energy of the sun.
And as it meets the energy of the sun it bursts into a flame of even brighter,
Shinier,
Sparkling,
Iridescent pink and white light.
And you see it above your head.
And the merging of these two energies creates a firework of sparks,
Of swirling shapes and colours,
Transforming and transcending and connecting you above and below to the crystalline energy,
The crystalline grid of energy which allows you access to your higher consciousness and the information for you to receive,
The access to support,
To downloads,
To an heightened intuition and supporting your purpose and potential.
And you allow this energy to form and transform above you and you may feel the light continue to flow into the body.
There are messages encrypted within this light and you will receive them when you are ready.
This is an illumination and enlightenment.
There are geometric and sacred shapes and symbols that right now you may not understand but you will receive the meaning of them.
You may see them now,
You may feel them,
You may sense them.
They have a purpose.
In this new age we are all becoming lighter.
We are all changing diagonals.
We are all changing dimension and these energies will allow you to integrate,
Activate,
Receive and process higher frequencies and levels of dimension to support your limited potential and your soul blueprint.
This energy is revitalising and illuminating and awakening elements that have been switched off.
And your ancestors of this land,
The land that you have chosen to be in for this meditation are supporting you on this stage of the journey and so they wish you to know that you can call on them for assistance and support and guidance.
And you sit here for a moment to allow these energies to interact,
To integrate and to become at one with them.
Now.

And you now sense and feel that there is a lot of energy in your body.
And you now sense and feel that there is an object within your right hand.
And as you open your right hand,
There is a crystal that is here,
Representing the crystalline grid.
It shines and shimmers in the sunlight.
The light pink,
Iridescent facets of it,
Catching the light.
And there is also an image of this crystal which is placed within your heart chakra,
As a symbol of this activation.
The energy has stopped swirling above your head.
And the crystalline energy slows down,
Quietens and stops.
You take one look around the landscape and you make your way back into the cave,
Placing the crystal into your pocket.
Or perhaps you find yourself with a bag.
Take a seat once more within the cave,
Sensing your ancestors gathering around you.
Maybe they lightly touch you on the shoulder or the top of your head or even your feet,
Just to let you know they are there.
Or maybe you just sense them.
A comforting presence.
A warm feeling.
And you take a moment just to notice where the energy has settled within your body.
What points are perhaps tingling or feel alive?
And what is the sense of an action that you need to follow?
It may be small.
It may feel larger.
It may come to you as an image of a person or a place or a time or a date which is significant.
You are being encouraged to take steps in your potential.
And so whatever is presented to you,
You regain for when the meditation is complete.
To perhaps make a note or a drawing or a symbol.
All will be revealed in good time.
Your ancestors are honoured that you have chosen to be here today.
And you thank them for their guidance and support as well as Mother Earth and the sun.
And you begin to slowly bring yourself back into the present moment.
Into the room that you are seated in.
Perhaps wiggling your fingers and toes.
Feeling the seat beneath you or where you are lying.
When you are ready and in your own time,
You can open your eyes.
