This is a meditation for the energy of the East,
Which signifies sunrise,
Fire,
Innovation,
Inspiration and insight for new projects and new beginnings to ignite the spirit and release and transmute old energy.
Get yourself into a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down,
Ensuring that your body is nice and relaxed.
Begin to breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in and breathe out.
And in your mind's eye,
You start to expand outwards like a cinema screen,
Expanding the inside of your mind and focusing to take yourself onto a beautiful landscape where there are rocks,
Trees and mountains.
And this is the start of a new day,
A new dawn.
And you see the sunrise in the East,
A beautiful warmth and rays of sunlight that comes up on the horizon.
You find a space to sit and watch the sunrise,
Knowing that you can have new beginnings,
A new start in your energy.
Every moment you have the potential to create new change,
Regardless of external circumstances or situations.
And you watch the sunlight as it comes up on the horizon.
And you take a few minutes to do this.

You're breathing in,
Breathing out.

And as you sit here,
As you've watched the sun rise,
You allow the sun to shine upon your body,
Allowing it to warm your spirit.
The gorgeousness of the light and the warmth upon the earth.
And you allow these warm rays of sunlight to move your energy.
It is now time to find your wings,
To fly higher,
With more flow and freedom.
And know that there are now no barriers to your ultimate success.
Know that everything is here right now,
Knowing that you live in the power of the present moment.
And you think about the new beginnings that you want to create and know that you have already created them.
You bring the vision into the forefront of your mind and know that they are already fertile.
You become light and free and warm,
Knowing that your growth is a journey into all that you are.
And you think about the seasons of growth.
All growth has a spring,
Summer,
Autumn and winter.
This is your spring.
Your energy is spring.
It is just coming into being,
Just coming into creation.
And like the seed that is planted in the earth,
You are the seed of your own potential.
And in no time at all,
And in your own way,
And in divine rhythm,
Growth must come.
Growth comes as the sun rises and sets.
It's a process,
A journey,
A cycle.
It is not limited or blocked.
And all this lies within your ability to see all that is here for you.
All that you know in freedom,
Flexibility and rhythm.
All will be presented to you.
So in silence,
I ask you to honour the spring of your life,
The spring of each new morning,
New life and new energy just like the rising of the sun.
And honour that that energy must come to rest just like the sun so that it can shine more brighter,
More energised,
More whole and complete.
And so you are part of the earth's cyclical cycle.
Allow yourself to see wider,
Bigger pictures,
Bigger visions.
All that is coming into your energy field.
Inspired and excited,
Passionate and to know what is in store for you.
Take the time now to do that.

And now in this beautiful landscape you find a tree and this is a magnificent tree.
It's an old and wise tree and you sit yourself down against it.
And as you rest against the tree,
You realise that just like a tree you too have roots.
And you silently ask that the stagnant energy in your body,
Mind and spirit is released through the roots that are now attached to your feet.
And you see this grey matter leaving from the ends of your feet into the earth,
Into Mother Earth who recycles everything and gives back whole and complete.
Taking back what you no longer need just to be here.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And as you release all of the stagnant energy and all that no longer serves you and you let go,
You see the sun begin to set in the west.
Going down,
Down,
Down.
And where you are resting becomes dark and you can see the shining of the stars appear.
And you know that you are part of the universe,
Completely unlimited.
And you silently sit with this knowing.
I'm an unlimited creator of my own reality.
You just sit with this knowing for a moment,
Connected to the earth,
Your energy which is moving,
Changing and transforming.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing out.
And as you release all of the stagnant energy and all that no longer serves you and you let go,
You see the shining of the stars appear.
And now you begin to see the sun rise again and as it rises you feel renewed,
Re-energised,
Sunlight coming through the trees that ignite,
Spark,
Passion,
Innovation,
Inspiration,
Fertility,
New beginnings.
And you feel like you want to get up and stretch and move.
You want to reframe,
Reprogram,
Take action and completely be clear and move out of your own way.
You walk out of the area where the tree was and back into the original area where you were and you rise and stretch your body towards the sun,
Reprogramming your cells,
Your blood and your muscles where you can take action from inspiration without struggle or strife,
Like the rising and the setting of the sun.
You breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
When you are ready,
You gently bring yourself back into the present moment,
Back into the room that you are in,
Like all your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
