Welcome to your decision making meditation with Phoebe Gansworthy.
To begin get into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
We're going to take three deep inhalation and exhalations together very slowly.
I'm going to count to five for each breath in and each breath out.
Breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five and release for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And another deep breath in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five and release for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And your last breath,
Breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five and release for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And then just come back to normal breathing.
You're completely relaxed now.
And we're going to go on a little journey together to help you make this important decision of your life.
I'd like you to imagine yourself standing on a pathway,
A long dirt pathway and you're standing in a fork in the road.
There's a pathway to the right and a pathway to the left.
Each pathway represents one of the decisions that you need to make today.
I'd like you to allocate each pathway with each decision that you're trying to make today.
So now look to the right and assign this pathway on the right with one of your decisions.
And now look to the left and assign this pathway on the left with the alternative decision.
On the right,
You choose this.
And on the left,
It means you choose this.
And here,
Look at these two pathways for a moment.
We're going to walk down both pathways at different times.
And you're going to use your intuition and feel what it feels like to walk down this path.
You may find that you cannot walk down one of the paths and that is okay.
Just allow your feelings to be heard.
Allow any messages that need to come through to you to be spoken.
And start by looking at the pathway on your right.
Make a connection with this path.
What color is the ground?
What color are the stones?
Are there trees?
Imagine this path before you and remind yourself what this pathway represents.
And now start walking.
You're walking down the pathway on the right.
How does it feel?
Are you able to walk down this pathway with ease?
Are you walking very fast or is it very difficult to move through?
Notice any sensations in the body.
Do you feel heavy or light?
Do you feel happy or sad?
Can you see if there is anything at the end of the pathway?
Are you able to walk along this pathway?
And you are almost reaching the end.
What do you see?
This is the future that this pathway will bring you.
I'm going to leave you for a few minutes now and I'd like you to feel what this pathway represents to you.
You can walk to the end and see if there's any future for you.
You can stay where you are and allow spirit to come through and send you any messages that you need to know.
Or if you cannot walk down this pathway or it does not feel right,
Move back to the point of the fork in the road and wait until you're ready to move to the left.
Okay.
Okay,
Now let's move back to the opening of the crossroads.
You are facing the right and the left path.
Let's say again what each pathway means.
Keep the exact same choices as before.
The pathway on the right,
This choice is.
And the pathway on the left,
This choice is.
Now let's focus our attention onto the pathway of the left.
What does the pathway look like?
What colour are the stones?
What colour are the trees?
Now let's walk down the pathway on the left.
What does the pathway on the left feel like?
Notice any sensations in your body.
Notice if there are any messages or words that are coming through to you.
What do you see?
Can you walk down it?
Are you walking fast?
Are you walking slow?
Continue to walk along the pathway on the left and see what awaits you at the end of this pathway.
At the end of this pathway is the future of this choice.
Say what this choice is again.
I'm going to leave you for a few minutes now.
Allow yourself to feel the energy of this pathway,
To feel the energy of this choice.
Be confident in knowing that you are being told the right answers.
Be confident in knowing that you are being told the right answers.
Be confident in knowing that you are being told the right answers.
Be confident in knowing that you are being told the right answers.
Now it's time to walk back to the middle fork of the road where you are standing at the pathway to the right and the pathway to the left.
Be confident with any feelings,
Sensations,
Intuition,
Messages that came through to you during this exercise.
You hold all the wisdom that you need to know.
And if both pathways feel okay,
Remember there is no wrong choice.
Every choice is just a different way to get to your destiny.
And your destiny will always bring you forth the right experiences,
The right understanding,
The true fulfillment of what it is that you need.
Take a few more deep breaths here.
Prepare yourself to be told any other messages that you need to know.
Take a few more deep breaths here.
Be confident and trust what you are saying.
Be confident and trust whatever feelings and vibrations you felt during this meditation.
And remember the choices are yours.
If you don't feel confident in making a choice right now,
Then trust that this is not the right time for you to make that choice.
And know that you will make the right choice when the time comes.
But if you make no choice,
Then no choice is going to be given to you.
It's good to experiment and try different things and see what happens in your life.
You are the divine creator.
You are the architect of your future.
Believe in yourself and know that any decision you make is the right decision.
