Welcome to today's meditation with Phoebe Garnsworthy.
This meditation is a beginner's meditation to help you connect with your spirit baby.
In this meditation,
I am going to help you feel the energy of your future baby or babies who are destined to be a part of your life.
In this meditation,
We will cleanse and nurture your own energy so that you are clear-headed,
Calm,
And open to receive this beautiful blessing into your life.
I will also give you time to connect with your spirit baby and you can ask any questions or know any advice to help you conceive or help you grow this beautiful baby.
Get into a comfortable position,
Close your eyes,
And let us begin.
We're going to start by taking three deep inhalations and exhalations,
Gently.
Breathe in now for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And your last breath,
Breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And now just come back to normal breathing.
We are going to move through each of the 47 energy chakras within your body and as you move your awareness to each of these spaces,
You're going to envision the color that they represent and through this you will cleanse and replenish your energy.
We will start from the root chakra which is located at your pelvis and it is the color red.
Imagine color red in this space shining outwards and inwards and it's moving fluidly around your body up through to the top of your head,
Down through to your feet,
Connecting back with the earth as you envision the color red.
Allow yourself to feel grounded,
Nurtured,
And supported.
Moving up to your sacral chakra now which is just above the pelvis,
Below your belly button,
And closer to your womb.
This is the color orange and it ignites creativity and sexual pleasure.
Imagine the color orange here shining out brightly and moving inwards.
The color orange is moving up through your body,
Through your body,
Up to your head,
And back down to your feet,
Connecting with mother earth.
And as this orange light energy moves through you and around you,
You know you have unlimited creativity within you.
Moving up to your solar plexus chakra just above the belly button.
It is the color yellow and symbolizes your power,
Your confidence,
And independence.
Envision the color yellow shining brightly from this space and shining inwards as it moves through your body,
Up to the top of your head,
Back down through to your feet,
Connecting with mother earth.
As this yellow light energy shines brightly,
You hear the affirmation,
I am powerful,
I am confident,
I know myself.
Moving up to your heart chakra now.
This is located in the center of your chest and it is the color green.
It is connecting you to the unlimited and bountiful love within you and around you.
It is the color green and it shines brightly and with ease from the center of your chest.
Imagine this green loving light energy loving light energy shining within you.
This green loving light energy moving throughout your body,
Up to your head and back down through your legs,
Connecting with mother earth.
And as your body fills up with this beautiful green energy,
You hear the words,
I am love,
I am loved.
Moving up to your throat chakra now.
It is located in the base of your throat and it is the color blue.
It represents your communication,
Speaking your authentic truth.
Imagine this blue light energy shining calmly with ease out of this space and back inwards to your body.
See this calming blue light energy move up through your head and back down through your body,
Down through your body,
Down to your legs and connecting back with mother earth.
As this blue light energy moves in you and around you,
You hear the affirmation,
I speak my authentic truth.
Moving up to your third eye chakra now.
This is located on the forehead just between the eyebrows and it is a dark indigo blue.
Imagine this indigo blue shining brightly from this space.
It is shining outwards and inwards,
Moving up through your head,
Your body,
Down through your legs to mother earth.
The third eye chakra connects you to your intuition.
It is the gateway between reality and the unseen realms.
Your intuition is how you know certain things about your life because through this channel you receive messages from your soul,
From angels,
From spirit guides and ancestors.
As this indigo blue energy moves through your body and shines brightly,
You hear the affirmation,
My intuition is loud and clear.
Move your awareness to the top of your head now,
Your crown chakra.
This energy portal sits just a few centimeters above your head and it is the color purple.
Your crown chakra connects you to the spirit realm.
It opens up beautifully above you and all around you,
Enabling you to receive any wisdom that you wish to know.
Imagine the color purple moving through this space.
Envision the color purple shining brightly above you,
All around you and moving within you.
Envision that purple energy moving moving from the crown of your head,
Behind your eyes,
Your nose,
Mouth,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Body,
Pelvis,
Legs,
Knees and toes.
Feel this purple energy connect with mother earth.
As this purple energy moves within you,
You hear the affirmation,
I am a spiritual soul having a human experience.
I can attract any manifestation that I desire.
Your seven chakras are completely aligned now.
Your energy is cleansed,
Nourished and nurtured.
You are completely at peace,
Calm and ready to receive.
Let your spirit baby know that you would like to connect.
Say to them,
My future child,
My spirit baby,
I wish to connect with you.
Move your awareness within your aura.
This is your energy around your body,
Above and below that radiates these seven colored chakras.
It is the distance of your arm's length and within this space is the beautiful glowing light energy of your spirit baby.
Move your awareness through out your aura now and be open to receiving,
Feeling or seeing the glowing circle,
The soul of your spirit baby.
The glowing light energy of your spirit baby may represent any color.
You may be see it or not,
But you can feel it.
Your spirit baby loves the colors of your energy chakras.
And as I say,
Each of the colors again,
Feel which of the colors connects the most with your spirit baby.
Your spirit baby may speak clearly to you at this time.
You may be feel which color is right through a pulling sensation.
You may be able to see a spirit baby hovering in that particular color,
Or maybe or maybe you just know.
Ask your spirit baby what color it wants to receive.
I will go through the colors now.
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
Purple.
Which color does your spirit baby wish to receive?
And imagine that color shining beautifully over them from within you.
Send this color to your spirit baby and let them know they are safe.
They are nurtured and protected.
Let your spirit baby know that you are ready to receive them.
Tell your spirit baby that you are ready to be their mother.
Sit in this beautiful,
Blissful moment of giving and receiving energy to your future spirit baby.
I'm going to leave you for a little while now.
You can ask your spirit baby any questions that you wish to know.
Time has come for you to say goodbye,
But know that you can communicate with your spirit baby anytime you like.
Just simply imagine the color of its favorite chakra.
Close your eyes and speak to them.
Know that you will be welcoming this beautiful spirit baby into your life very soon.
You are destined to be a beautiful mother and your spirit baby has chosen you for this reason.
You have a soul connection and the love between you is unbreakable.
Know that the universe supports you in receiving your manifestations.
It won't be long now until you are holding your beautiful spirit baby in your arms.
It's time to come out of this meditation now.
