Reconnect With Mother Earth & Father Universe

Through this practice by Insight Timer Teacher Lorena Martinez, we are going to go on a journey to reconnect consciously with Mother Earth and Father Universe. Your physical body, mental body, and auric field will reconnect with the source and heal. At the end, you will be left with a deep sense of peace and bliss.

Hi there beautiful soul.

This is Lorena Martinez.

I am a clinical psychologist,

A pranic healer,

A Reiki healer and I create tools for soul,

Mind,

Emotion and body healing.

Today I wanted to share with you a beautiful meditation that came to me in my last healing circle.

It was so powerful that I feel that in these times of uncertainty it is very much needed and that's why I felt that I wanted to share this with all of you.

If you feel there's someone out there also that could benefit from this meditation once you're done,

I would be very grateful and I'm sure this person will be too.

So before we start,

Find a comfortable position whether this is sitting down or laying down in your back.

Make sure you're very comfortable for the next 20 to 30 minutes.

Make sure you don't cross your feet or your hands.

If you want you can place them with your palms facing up on your bed or the floor or your mat but just on your thighs.

Now before we get into the meditation we're going to take three cleansing breaths.

Make sure you close your eyes.

Open your mouth unless this breath comes out however you feel that it's needed.

Now we're going to go down and we're going to visualize our root chakra located in the tip of our column.

We're going to imagine a beautiful desk.

The color of this chakra is red.

Imagine it as a beautiful ruby,

Shiny but you can also look through because it's so clear,

It's so crystalline and pure.

Imagine this beautiful chakra moving and beautiful sync with the universe.

Now imagine roots coming from your legs and your feet.

Imagine how these beautiful roots start going down through your bed,

Through your chair,

Through the floor.

These beautiful roots start going down different floors if you are in a building and then define the ground.

Now if you see these beautiful roots you can also see all the textures and the bounties of Mother Earth.

You might see the beautiful black layer of Mother Earth.

You will probably see the different layers,

The sand,

The ground,

The mud,

The rock.

All these textures have something to offer.

As you keep going down you can start feeling the warmth of Mother Earth already touching the tips of your roots.

Even though these roots are very deep now you can feel this warmth as if it's touching the tip of your toes.

You can imagine all these different layers,

What you see.

You can see beautiful gems,

Crystals,

Even different animals and nutrients.

You can see beautiful caverns and also beautiful and magical beings.

Keep going down and as you reach the center of Mother Earth visualize this center as a beautiful crystal.

You can give it the color that you desire or the color that feels more adequate for you at the moment.

As your mother,

Mother Earth is here to give you what you need,

What we all need.

She's been doing this already for millions of years.

Now imagine your roots touching this center.

Imagine these roots finding the roots of Mother Earth.

Imagine how these roots attach to your roots in a loving way,

Almost as she's telling you,

I've been waiting for you.

I couldn't wait to hug you with my roots,

My beautiful child.

Now that your roots are connected with her,

With the loving Mother Goddess,

Mother Earth,

Ask for whatever it is that you need at this moment.

Ask for health,

Ask for abundance,

Ask for support,

For love,

For tenderness,

For youth,

Vitality.

She's your loving mother so of course she will give you whatever you need.

Take a few breaths here because the energy is intense right here.

Now imagine how you're bringing up with every breath all this energy up your roots.

Mother Earth just started providing all this that you need through your roots now that you're connected.

She is sending up all that is that you need.

With every breath you take all these nutrients,

All these beautiful gifts that you ask for are coming up.

With every breath you breathe love,

Health,

Support,

Wellness,

Vitality,

Abundance.

She's giving you this and even more.

And those things that you might not know that you need that she knows.

Now that you have your roots as veins going down to the core of the earth you can imagine how these roots are like your veins.

And as you start with every breath bringing up all these gifts,

All this love,

All this health and protection up.

When you breathe out you're giving her whatever is that you need to let go of.

I breathe love and I give you fear.

I breathe health and I give you sickness or the fear of sickness.

I breathe abundance and I hope that you can take from me the scarcity or the fear of scarcity for I trust that you,

My mother,

Will give me anything I need precisely when I need it.

I breathe peace,

I breathe out anxiety,

Fear and despair.

I trust that you will transform these emotions into love.

Your love is the magic of the world.

Thank you mother earth for taking what is no longer serving me.

Thank you mother earth for giving me anything I need for my higher purpose,

My higher happiness,

My higher blooming.

Thank you for giving me all the gifts and nutrients that I need to blossom.

Take my worries and pain away.

I thank you mother.

I honor you mother.

Hold me in your heart,

Hold me oh beautiful loving mother.

Now we're gonna see how this cycle of energy keeps going up.

Use any color you need at this moment,

Use any color you feel is needed whether it's red for strength,

High immunity,

Abundance,

Whether it's green for healing and peace,

Whether it's golden for protection and for the attraction of the things that you desire,

Or whether it's a beautiful fluid of a rainbowy color that is bringing all the things that you need.

Now we're gonna go up to our heart chakra.

We're going to imagine how this beautiful heart chakra opens up like a flower,

Like a blooming flower.

And as your heart chakra opens,

With every breath imagine you're breathing in peace through your heart chakra,

With every exhale you're letting go of whatever is not serving you at the moment.

And at the same time go back and visualize this cycle of fluid coming up from mother earth to your chakra,

Your root chakra.

Now imagine how this beautiful rainbow color fluid is going up through all your chakras one by one,

Is finding each one of your chakras right now.

Breathe in,

Breathe out whatever is not serving you at the moment.

You can imagine it as some muddy fluid going down to the earth,

Or as a specific word,

Or a specific image going down to mother earth,

Where she can recycle this energy and transform this into love so it can all go up again through your chakras.

Feel how with every breath your chakras are illuminating with this bright light.

See how you can see them hitting colors just like a street light.

Imagine the beautiful ruby color of the root chakra just blazing and taking about 4 to 6 feet around you,

Coming from within.

Now imagine this beautiful blazing rainbow light coming from mother earth hitting your heart chakra in a beautiful green,

Deep green.

You can imagine this green as an emerald green,

Very powerful.

Now imagine your crown chakra opening like a lotus flower.

Imagine opening this tunnel of connection with the universe,

With God.

Now breathing through your crown chakra.

Find the energy from father universe.

Let go of what is no longer serving your higher purpose,

Your happiness,

Your well being.

Pay attention to the words,

To the images that come in as you breathe in the energy from father universe and as you exhale the things that you might want to let go off.

These things might be conscious or unconscious.

Just pay attention to the things that come up for you right now.

Breathing the love,

The unity,

The support of father universe.

Breathe out whatever is no longer serving you.

Now imagine that you are in a beautiful cocoon of golden,

Rainbowy energy.

Imagine it as this fluid that comes down through all your aura.

Imagine how this fluid covers all your aura in protection but also in healing.

Imagine how this fluid could fill any cracks.

If you feel there's any cracks in your auric fill,

Imagine how this fluid as gold is going into these cracks or into these holes.

If you feel them,

Your higher self will tell them where this fluid needs to stop and repair.

Let go of anything that is no longer serving your higher purpose,

Your happiness.

You came to earth to be happy,

To be healthy,

To be your better self.

You came to earth to be healthy,

To be happy,

To be abundant and to be loved.

Right now we are connected with mother earth,

Father universe.

You are being held from the bottom from mother earth and you are being held on the top by father universe.

You have these two cycling energies going from the universe to you through your crown chakra as you breathe and as you breathe you are also bringing in from the center of mother earth all her love,

Support,

Strength,

Vitality and protection.

So imagine as you breathe in how you bring up all these beautiful gifts from your roots,

From mother earth and how you are bringing in from and through your crown chakra the support,

Love and protection of father universe.

Now if you are laying down or if you are sitting get in the fetal position if you can.

If not imagine you are in the fetal position and you are in this egg of golden light where you are being supported from the bottom from mother earth and you are being supported from father universe on the top of this beautiful egg.

Your auric filly,

Your auric fill right now has been repaired,

Has been healed and has been covered with a golden shield of light.

Mother earth and father universe are protecting you right now.

Take a few breaths in again,

Bring all the beautiful gifts from mother earth,

Imagine these beautiful colors coming up,

You are breathing in vitality,

Health,

Abundance,

Love,

Support,

You are breathing out anything that is left there to let go of.

Now let's breathe in all the love,

Support and protection from father universe,

Breathing in from our crown chakra and let go of anything else that was lingering that you want to let go of.

Pay attention of the images of my coma for you right now for there can be bread crumbs from your higher self.

You came to earth to be happy,

Healthy,

Vital,

You came to earth to be loved,

To feel supported,

To be safe,

You came to earth to bring your light,

Nothing can dim your light,

For you are a child of mother earth and the universe.

Let's take some last deep beautiful breaths here,

Feel the hand of father universe holding you,

Feel the arms of mother earth holding you like a beautiful child of love that you are,

Feel all your guides,

Angels surrounding you with their light and their guidance,

Their protection.

Now let's start bringing our roots back up very slowly through the layers of mama earth,

If you see anything in these layers that serve your higher purpose let your roots bring that in with them,

Whether this is colors,

Guides,

Beings,

Nutrients,

Whatever comes up for you as your roots come up bring all of these nutrients and gifts up with you.

Now imagine how your roots go back on your feet.

Now imagine how you have reconnected with mother earth and father universe,

Their abundant,

Their limitless,

Their love,

Support and gifts are infinite,

So there's nothing that you need that you can't have for you are a child of the universe and mother earth,

All the possibilities are infinite for you and their protection is with you at all times whenever you need to come back to this moment,

Just close your eyes for a minute,

Imagine your roots going down and connecting,

Come back to this moment where you were held as a baby by father universe and mother earth.

Now imagine how all this love and gifts that you just receive,

Imagine places in the world,

Imagine people or situations that you want to share now your light and gift with,

Imagine a rainbow of light coming out of the center of your heart and through your fingers like beautiful rainbow rays and point this light to those people you want to share this energy with,

To the situation you want to infuse with these beautiful gifts that you've been giving through this meditation and to the people that might need it,

To your loved ones,

To with these rainbow rays as you wish for the higher purpose of your family,

Community and of our world of course.

Think about this for a second,

Take a few breaths and share this light as you as hell.

Thank you mother earth,

Thank you father universe,

Thank you higher self and guides for allow us to share this beautiful meditation together,

Thank you for allowing me to be a channel for these words,

For this is the truth that you want me to speak,

Thank you beautiful soul for taking the time to listen to this,

For every human that lights up the whole universe lights up with him or her,

Thank you for your light beautiful soul,

Thank you for listening and connecting today.

Let's take a few breaths,

Let's start feeling our beautiful body,

You are beautiful however god and mother earth made you,

You are beautiful,

You are amazing and your light is so unique and is so needed no matter where mother earth and father universe has placed you,

Trust that your light is needed there.

Thank you for your service,

Thank every cell in your body for allowing you to be here,

Thank your hands,

Your legs,

Your heart for beating every moment,

Thank your eyes,

Your nose,

Your ears,

Thank all your senses.

Now give yourself a beautiful hug,

Tell yourself that you love yourself,

How can you not,

Mother earth,

Father universe love you so much,

How can you not love yourself,

You are a wonderful being and I made this for all of you listening there because I love you,

I trust that one day we'll meet.

Breathe once more,

Let go on thankfulness,

Breathing gratitude,

Exhale love,

Now slowly open your eyes and be thankful for you are alive.
