Good morning,
Good evening,
Afternoon,
Wherever you are.
Welcome.
We have a beautiful grounding meditation today.
So important to ground.
In our busy lives as we're running around and moving and interacting.
It's important to take time just to sit to let our nervous system settle.
To let the dust settle.
To let all the things that have come up during the day,
The week,
The month.
Just to be.
And today we will practice being.
Starting to encourage the breath to flow deeper.
Extending the inhales and length of the exhales.
Pressing our sitting bones into the ground.
Rolling the shoulders back.
Extending the spine.
Slightly tucking the chin.
And noticing like a beam of light coming down from the heavens.
From the sky,
From the cosmos.
Like a lightning rod running through the center of your body.
Down your spinal cord into the earth beneath you.
Anchoring you.
Into this position.
Like a divine energy flowing through you.
As if you were an open channel for energy to move in between and starting to notice the energy that moves through your body.
Perhaps you can feel in your fingers,
In your chest,
Your toes.
Slight tingling.
Perhaps electricity.
Any sensation moving through you as a residual of this beam of light.
The beam of light that you are surrounding,
That you are holding within your being.
But ultimately as we let flow through us freely.
Again,
Noticing the pressure of our body against the earth beneath us.
And imagining that we are in a beautiful forest.
Right now I am in a beautiful forest.
So imagine that you are in a beautiful forest.
But instead of this human meditating we have this lightning rod through us that expands us and evolves us into a large willow tree.
We can feel the roots beneath us as they plow into the ground.
Reaching and extending for meters and meters.
The trunk of our body,
Our thoracic spine,
The middle of the body grows tall as we reach out with our branches and leaves.
Stretching this new body.
This body that envelops all of the wisdom that we have gained from this life.
All of the wisdom from the trees around us,
From their lives.
And starting to notice as we look down upon the forest beneath us as this grand empowered being in the form of a tree.
That our perception of time has changed.
The time has begun to move very slowly.
For we are the most ancient of beings.
And as you feel the wind moving slowly across your leaves.
You start to notice humans walking in the forest beneath you at a very quick pace as if they were in fast motion.
Scurrying around.
Doing their human things.
But for you time is moving very slowly.
That the world moves quickly around you perhaps.
But the age of humanity is but a few days in your time.
That's similar to a cough or a fever.
The potential plague that humanity has brought is simply just a cough or a fever.
Nothing to worry about.
No stress as a tree.
Just wisdom.
And wisdom is seeing the true meaning.
A true understanding of the picture of reality of life.
And as this tree,
This grandiose tree,
See if we can feel channeling through us that wisdom.
A deep sense of knowing.
Not through the mind but through the heart.
Through the gut.
And the body.
How would it feel to have the wisdom of an ancient being?
What does it feel like to embody deep understanding of life?
Of love?
And as we embody that feeling we can feel it swelling in the body.
This deep resonance.
This deep okayness.
That transmits to every tree and every living being around that each human that will walk by us or touch us.
We are communicating in the frequency of love and deep understanding.
Our conversation is through frequency.
Very subtle but ever present.
And as we gently let go of this idea,
This imagination we can hold on and let this beautiful resonance reside inside of us.
As we come back to our human form.
We are able to retain this deep okayness.
Strong wisdom.
An unshakable wisdom.
And taking some moments to sit with that wisdom.
What is this feeling of wisdom?
Turning off the mind.
Turning up the volume of the body.
Heightening our sensitivity and awareness to this resonance within us.
How does it feel to embody wisdom?
Perhaps wisdom is letting go of any tension.
Any unneeded tension in the body.
Perhaps wisdom is calmness.
Serenity.
Compassion.
And as we walk into our day,
As we experience a multitude of situations as we navigate the day to day.
Seeing if we can lean into those interactions and experiences supported and guided by our inner wisdom.
What is right for me to do right now?
What is the most righteous action?
And letting go of everything else.
Letting wisdom be your compass today.
As you journey into the unknown,
As you journey into the fruitful darkness.
May wisdom guide you.
We can bring our hands together at heart center and bowing to the eternal wisdom within each and every one of us.
That we all share as an undercurrent beneath our reality.
Beneath our perception,
Beneath the I that we are.
There is wisdom.
An abundance of wisdom.
When fear knocked on the door and wisdom answered,
There was no one there.
Fear cannot exist with deep wisdom.
For our wisdom sees that fear is just an illusion.
Enjoy your day.
May you bring love,
Understanding,
And wisdom to all that you meet.
The enlightened in me sees and honors the wise divine creatures in each and every one of you.
Namaste.
