We are the product of our mother and father, we are the product of our feminine and masculine lineage too. And a lot of the time because of our conscious or unconscious traumas and programming, we are disconnected from the potential of these energies. This meditation was created to help us integrate both of these energies within to heal and to be able to start manifesting from our energy as a powerful result of the synergy of masculine and feminine together and not from an incomplete vibration.
