Heart Unification Of The Masculine And Feminine Lineage

We are the product of our mother and father, we are the product of our feminine and masculine lineage too. And a lot of the time because of our conscious or unconscious traumas and programming, we are disconnected from the potential of these energies. This meditation was created to help us integrate both of these energies within to heal and to be able to start manifesting from our energy as a powerful result of the synergy of masculine and feminine together and not from an incomplete vibration.

Let's start connecting with our breath,

Our divine breath.

The love of this planet and the love of the universe for us that provide us this beautiful breath.

Start dropping into your body,

Come back here to this moment.

Forget about everything from the outside and come within to your temple,

To your heart.

Start connecting with the rhythm of your breath.

Allow your body to be in an open position,

Whether it's sitting down or laying down.

Allow the ground or the bed or your chair to support you.

With every breath we're going to become conscious that we are absorbing light,

Life force,

Enlargement from Mother Earth and the universe.

With every breath we fill our body with more light and with every exhale,

We let go of anything that can or feel heavy at this moment.

Any feelings,

Memories or images that come forward as heavy or sticky,

We let them go,

Thanking them for the lesson,

Releasing them in peace.

Take another deep cleansing breath,

Absorb golden particles of light through your nose and your crown chakra and exhale with a big sigh anything and everything that might feel heavy at this moment.

Allow these heavy emotions,

Feelings,

Images to dissolve into the air,

Going back to the universe to be transmuted and integrated in the library of the universe,

For they're not longer serving your higher purpose,

Let them go in peace and thank them for the lessons.

Now visualize in the center of our universe the beating heart of God,

The Creator that created everything we can see and that also that we cannot see,

The Creator that created you.

Visualize in the center of his heart is beautiful golden particles of light coming through the universe,

The galaxies,

The stars,

Making their way to earth to find you,

To support you,

For you are his beloved child.

You are made by his love and his light,

You are his divine child.

With every breath you're going to fill up your body with these golden particles,

With every breath more and more this beautiful golden light is reaching every corner of your body,

Going through your blood stream,

Infusing your bones,

Your organs and every one of your bones,

With immense light and love,

For that is what you deserve,

Beautiful child,

Not less.

Allow this light to fill up every corner,

As you exhale release,

Anything that does not belong to you or that is not serving higher purpose,

Whether this is anger or fear or pain or resentment,

Allow these emotions to go back to the universe and be integrated in love and light,

Visualize all the places where these feelings,

Emotions or memories were held being filled up with more light,

More light with every breath more and more light,

Visualize this golden fluid pouring down onto your brain,

Reaching all the corners,

Every brain cell,

Every neuropath,

Clearing any memories of pain or trauma from this life or others,

From this life or the lives of our ancestors,

Visualize this golden fluid activating,

Clearing all these neuropaths to create new ones in light and love,

Now visualize this beautiful fluid pouring down through your chakra channel,

Pouring onto your pineal gland,

Your third eye,

Your mammal brain,

Your reptilian brain,

Clearing and arranging all these parts with light and love,

Now allow this fluid to pour onto your throat chakra so you are able to speak your truth always with compassion and now allow this beautiful fluid to pour down onto your heart chakra,

The temple of your soul,

The temple within and as we are supported from above now we are going to start visualizing golden roots coming out of our tailbone and the sole of our feet,

Starting to make their way all the way down,

Down,

Through all the layers of this beautiful planet,

Gaia,

Mother Earth,

For this planet is alive,

Allow your roots to keep going down,

Connecting with the wisdom of the crystals,

The plants,

The deep waters,

The ancient waters,

The ancient soils,

Rocks and crystals,

Collecting energy,

Healing energy,

Collecting wisdom,

Reclaiming wisdom and gifts and now visualize your roots starting to feel the warmth of the heart of Mother Earth,

You can feel this beautiful warmth in the tip of your tailbone and the sole of your feet,

For she is eager to support you,

For she is eager to nourish you,

She knows your name,

She knows your path,

The history of your soul,

The history of your lineage,

She is always ready to support you,

As she is doing it right now in this healing,

Now as you reach the center of Mother Earth,

You are in the presence of her beautiful beating heart,

This beautiful crystalline crystal and within this crystal you can see all the colors of the rainbow beating harmoniously to provide the healing,

The nourishment and the activations that you need today,

Now as you are anchor,

As your roots are anchor in the center of Mother Earth,

With every breath you are going to start drawing this beautiful fluid,

Colorful,

Wrangly fluid up your roots and start feeling your human body with more light and more support,

With every breath you are drawing golden particles from the center of the universe,

From the heart of God and drawing,

Supporting,

Clearing an origin fluid from the center of Mother Gaia,

Allow this fluid to come up and fill up your feet,

Your ankles,

Fill you up all the way to your knees,

Your hips,

Your navel,

Your chest,

Your neck,

Your crown,

Reaching all the corners with different colors according to the needs of every organ,

Nourishing your blood,

Your bones and your cells and just receive,

Just drop into this grounding,

Supporting,

Feeling as you are supported from above and below.

Now you are going to visualize this beautiful fluid coming from the center of Mother Earth,

Shift into the necessary color to support your root chakra,

This can be red,

This can be golden,

This can be white,

Emerald green,

Fiery blue or it can shift into different colors as it enters your root chakra.

You are going to visualize how this fluid starts going anti-clockwise to provide a gentle but very deep cleansing and clearing of any memory of pain or trauma that is no longer serving your higher purpose.

Here and now by the power of the light that I am,

I declare that I allow any energies that don't belong to me and that are no longer serving my higher purpose to be clear and dissolve here and now with ease and grace,

With grace and ease and so it ends.

You can visualize these energies dissolving,

Coming out of the root chakra,

Going back to the center of Mother Earth to be dissolved,

To be integrated and transmuted.

Now the next breath you are going to switch and you are going to allow this fluid to start going clockwise to activate your beautiful root chakra in all of its glory,

In all of its potential so you can feel safe,

Provided for and supported and so you can align for and with experiences that promote these feelings.

Whether that's a job,

Whether that's a partner,

A home,

Healthy food and healthy practices,

Whether that's connecting with a community that allows you to feel safe and so it is.

Now start drawing this beautiful fluid up into your sacral chakra,

The cauldron of creation,

Of manifestation where babies and dreams are made,

Where projects are brought into life.

And allow Mother Earth to provide the fluid that is necessary for the clearing,

The cleansing,

The support of this chakra at this moment.

Again,

This light can be emerald green,

Ultraviolet fire,

Fiery blue,

Ruby red,

Golden white or even all the colours.

Be sure that the colour that comes up for you is perfect.

Now you are going to visualise this fluid going anti-clockwise and by the power of the light that I am here and now,

I declare that I allow for any low energies,

For any low vibrations,

Any memories of pain or trauma from this life or others,

From this life or the lives of my lineage to be cleansed,

Dissolved with ease and grace,

With grace and ease for the higher purpose of my soul and those around me.

And so it is.

With the next exhale you go into visualise these energies dissolving any memories coming up,

Any emotions that are not allowing you to connect with your higher purpose,

Just allow them to dissolve back into Mother Earth,

Thanking them for the lessons and letting them go in peace to be transmuted.

Now with the next breath we are going to switch and we are going to allow this light to start going clockwise in our sacrum to activate,

To potentiate this chakra so you can manifest the life that you deserve,

The life that you dream of.

And now we are going to bring this fluid up into our solar plexus,

The centre of our power,

Our courage,

Our willpower to not just dream but to go for those dreams and get them,

Our personal power but also our capacity to install healthy boundaries.

Centre of discipline.

We are going to allow this beautiful fluid to start going anti-clockwise again,

Just dropping and releasing,

Make sure your shoulders are dropped,

Your neck is relaxed,

Your jaw and just allow anything that comes up right now,

Any memory of pain or trauma from this life or your lineage,

Allow these energies to be dissolved here and now by the power of the light that you are,

Let them go in peace,

Thank them for the lessons,

For all those experiences,

Emotions brought you to where you are today and to this healing moment.

Be proud of yourself for healing,

Does not look pretty but what comes after is oh so dreamy.

If you feel any heavy emotions just release them in this moment,

If you feel the need for any emotions to just flow,

Now you're going to visualize this beautiful lake,

This beautiful lagoon and in the center of this beautiful body of water,

You're going to visualize a little island,

Just the perfect size for you and around this beautiful lake or lagoon you're going to visualize a landscape whether that is a beautiful beach,

Beautiful meadows,

Beautiful mountains,

Whatever comes up for you again is perfect,

This is your personal temple and you can look around and visualize all the beauty within your temple,

The magic,

The flowers,

The foods and the light beings supporting you,

You're going to start making your way barefoot to this lake feeling the warmth of the earth beneath you,

Loving you,

Supporting you,

You're going to dip your feet into the water and allow these sacred waters to cleanse your body and as you make your way to the little island,

Let the waters wash away any low vibration energies or memories and in the center of this beautiful island,

You're going to visualize a golden lotus,

A giant golden lotus open to receive you and take your rightful place inside this sacred golden lotus,

Get comfortable,

Get in a fetal position,

Seated position,

However or whatever is better for you and as you sit here,

Start looking around and you're going to visualize all the women of your lineage coming forward,

Gathering around the lake for this healing that you're doing today is going to impact all your lineage,

Your ancestors,

Your brothers,

Your sisters and your descendants.

Now visualize also all the men of your lineage coming forward,

Standing in front of these women representing their partners,

Their fathers,

You're going to notice that these women are not looking them into their eyes,

They're looking down,

Their arms might be crossed in front of them,

They represent all the women in the history of humankind and your lineage that were not hurt,

That were not allowed to have a place in family,

In society,

All the women that were not hurt when they needed support,

The moments where they needed to cry and never had a shoulder to cry on or a gentle hand to hold them or lobbing arms around them,

These women represent all the women in your lineage that were neglected,

That were oppressed,

That couldn't be their brightest self because it wasn't allowed and if there's any tears that need to come up right now,

Allow those tears to flow,

Allow those screams to be heard,

Allow those emotions to be seen for all the women that were oppressed,

That were neglected,

That were violated,

It ends here,

It ends with me,

It ends today for I am going to write a new story for me and my lineage,

For the power of the light that I am,

I'm gonna write a new story and as you say these words,

Visualize all these women stepping into their power,

Dropping their arms and looking at all the men into their eyes with conviction,

With courage,

With trust,

With power,

With love and compassion for here and now we can also come from a place of higher consciousness and understand that these men never got a chance,

They were never shown maybe what it was to be heard,

Maybe these men when they were little were never shown much tenderness or sweetness or support,

They were raised to believe that a true man was hard as a rock and couldn't show their emotions,

That their emotions were their weakness,

So here and now looking around all these men and the men behind them,

We understand that they couldn't give what they were not given,

That they could never provide maybe the love and tenderness or the support because they never got that as little kids,

From this new place of compassion,

These women and you,

Beautiful child of God,

We are able to forgive with love and thank them for the lessons and thank them for what they had to live because whatever they had to live,

The decisions,

The lives that they lived,

They did it so we didn't have to repeat it.

So as you look around to all these ancestors,

Men and women in your lineage,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine generations back,

Let's start by saying thank you,

Thank you for what you have to live,

I don't have to repeat it and here and now I ask for your blessing and permission to write a new story and to honor you by elevating my life and elevating our lineage.

Now you're going to visualize these women connecting from their hearts to the hearts of the men in your lineage with a golden thread of light and all the chains,

All the heavy shackles that once united them and united you to your lineage are here dissolved in these sacred waters by the power of light,

Love and compassion.

There's no need to hold anymore resentment,

Feeding you back all the parts of your soul that were lost in pain and trauma,

Feeding you love,

Feeding you gifts to elevate your life and the life of those around you to enrich your journey so you can fulfill your mission on this planet,

Now visualize DNA chains coming out of the tailbone of every one of the women and men in your lineage,

Visualize these DNA chains going into the water and connecting from underneath the lotus flower with your tailbone,

As these DNA chains go under the waters before connecting with you,

We're going to ask all the archangels come with the ultraviolet fire,

With the beautiful fiery blue light from Archangel Michael,

With the beautiful emerald green mist from Archangel Raphael,

The beautiful diamond water from Archangel Gabriel,

We ask them to please clear and cleanse our DNA from any memories of pain or trauma from this life or others,

We ask that any vows taken by us in this life or others,

Any vows taken by our lineage can be dissolved here and now,

Any vows to any religion,

Any vows to any group,

Any vows through black magic,

Any vows through blood magic can be clear here and now,

Any vows of custody,

Obedience or poverty can be clear here and now,

Any contracts to repeat and repeat lessons can be clear here and now,

Any connection with any low vibration entity can be clear here and now,

Any implants can be clear here and now,

So the only information that we can receive is only high vibrational,

Only in the order of love and above for the higher purpose of my soul,

All of them and you're going to infuse your dreams with this beautiful light coming out of your hands and your eyes and your heart being supported by the power of your ancestors and infuse all your dreams with this beautiful powerful light and support.
