This meditation has especially being channeled for the very difficult times that we as humankind are going through, It was designed to help us all heal together with the pain of the world and our own pain, this meditation strives to uplift your vibrations and emotions and thus those of humankind.

Hi again beautiful souls,

Welcome to this sacred space of love,

Peace,

Healing and divine guidance.

Today I have a very special meditation,

In the midst of everything that is going on in the world and in our country,

I decided that it was needed,

That everyone could find a way to help ease the pain,

Ease the pain of our world,

Ease the pain of those protesting,

Of those suffering for the consequences of the virus,

Of the protest.

I felt very calm to create a safe,

Loving and peaceful space,

A healing space for a very necessary energy.

In the midst of everything that is going on there is a lot of pain coming up and some of you more sensitive souls might be feeling overwhelmed,

Sad and sometimes even hopeless.

But it is important to see that this energy needed to come up so we can heal it together.

The ugliness,

The pain,

The hurt of centuries needed to come up so we could see it,

So we could acknowledge it,

So we could say yes I see you,

Yes you exist we are no longer hiding it and yes there is a space in this world for you,

You are seen now and the next step for this now we gonna heal you and now we gonna heal you with divine love.

So I want you all to get in a comfortable position however is better for you if you wanna be sitting,

If you wanna be laying down and even if you feel cold to lay in a fetal position that is also perfect.

We gonna start breathing in and out,

Bringing all our energy to the here and now.

We gonna breathe in,

We gonna breathe out,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Follow the rhythm of your body,

Follow the rhythm of your soul.

My words are just guidance but however comes up for you is perfect,

Is divinely guided.

Now we gonna start imagining a beautiful tube of light coming from our sacral and root chakra.

This beautiful tube of light is gonna start making its way down into the earth,

It's gonna start going through the floor,

In the ground,

The rocks,

All the different textures of mother earth,

It's gonna make its way down,

Down,

Deep into mother earth and you gonna anchor this beautiful tube of light that is your soul to the center of mother earth,

To the center of this beautiful planet where we've been so blessed to have the opportunity to be.

We are so blessed for her mother earth and this beautiful planet embraced us every day.

With our roots now anchored in the beautiful center of mother earth we gonna bring all of that beautiful warm loving and protective energy all the way up,

All the way up and as this energy starts making its way up through your body you gonna feel that beautiful warmth love,

Health,

Support,

Filling up every cell of your body.

At this point you can imagine all the cells of your body like little suns shining because I can feel the love that this planet has for us.

Now this beautiful light,

This warm loving energy of mother earth is gonna make its way to your heart,

Your energetic heart and it's gonna stay there and you gonna start feeling even more loved and more supported.

Let's breathe this energy in,

Let's bring love,

Healing,

Support in.

Let's exhale out anything that is been bothering us,

Anything that is been feeling off.

You gonna breathe out the feelings of uncertainty,

You gonna breathe out the feelings of fear,

Breathing love and support,

Exhale fear or anything else that you need to let go of right now.

Let's breathe in love and light,

Let's breathe out anything that is not letting you feel at peace right now.

Gonna give it back to mother earth.

And as we keep breathing in this beautiful love and we keep letting out anything that is making us feel sad or uncomfortable right now,

We gonna imagine your beautiful crown chakra opening like a flower.

It's blossoming in this beautiful flower with thousands and thousands of petals of life.

Time is opening,

Opening,

Opening,

Opening more and more.

Now we are going to imagine a beautiful golden silver light coming from the center of the universe.

This is the energy of father universe and as it makes its way through your crown chakra,

You can start feeling this light filling your body,

Going through your third eye chakra,

Going down,

Filling up our throat chakra.

Is healing anything that we holding back,

Anything that we feel that needs to be said and we haven't said,

Anything that we have hold for too long,

Whenever we haven't been able to speak our truth,

Well now this light is healing that.

And you can tell to this light,

You can tell to father universe and mother earth your truth.

At this moment I ask you to please speak your truth,

Speak up.

If you feel called to speak up,

To scream or yell,

To cry,

Right now it's the moment.

They're here to support us,

They're here to listen to us,

They're always here.

We just have to remember,

They're always here.

Now speak your truth one more time,

Let it out,

It could be a scream,

It could be a word,

It could be anything,

It could be tears.

If you need to cry,

Cry,

Let it out,

Let it out right now,

Because you're in a safe loving space.

If you have any frustrations,

If you have any fears,

There's certainty of these moments.

Just say what you need to say,

Just feel what you need to feel right now in this very safe space.

And as we let that out,

One more time we're gonna breathing the love and support of mother earth and father universe.

Breathing that love,

Breathing that peace that you feel after being able to speak your truth,

To let out whatever you need to let out.

Let it out.

One more time breathing love and light,

Let go fear and pain.

Again,

This can come out as a sight,

This can come out as a word,

As a scream,

Just let it out.

Don't forget to bring in love and light and let that love and light take over of the places where the fear and the pain were hidden.

Breathing love and light,

This can be a golden beautiful fluid,

This can be a golden beautiful light and let this light fill up any space that feels empty right now.

Any space where you feel hopeless,

Any space where you fear or you feel uncertainty,

Let this light come in and fill it up with love.

Breathing love and light,

Let go of the pain.

Breathing love and light,

Breathe out the pain and the fear,

You are supported and you are loved not just by father universe and mother earth,

You are loved by people like me.

Breathing love and light,

Breathe out the fear and the pain.

And as we start to feel our heart being lifted with love and light,

Imagine a beautiful pink light coming through your Corona chakra,

Through your crown chakra.

See that beautiful pink light coming down to your heart chakra.

Now see how this beautiful light becomes green emerald,

Goes down to our third eye chakra,

Down to our throat chakra and meets our heart.

Breathing love and light,

Now we are going to see how this beautiful pink and emerald light starts to go through your arms.

Through your arms and it comes out of the palm of your hands.

You might feel warmth,

You might feel cold,

You might feel tingling in your hands,

You might see colors.

Imagine breathing this light coming from the center of the universe,

Going through all your chakras,

Meeting your heart and then coming out of the palms of your hand.

Now we are going to imagine that we are coming out of earth.

And we are going to see from the space our beautiful home planet,

This beautiful jewel,

With her beautiful colors,

The deep blues,

The deep greens,

The orange,

The white.

We are going to see her in all of her explander,

Beauty,

Sacredness.

We are going to keep breathing this beautiful pink,

Emerald green light from the center of the universe,

Feeling how it comes through our chakras,

Meets our heart and comes out of through our palms,

Through the palms of our hands.

Now you are going to elevate your hands and you are going to look to your right.

As you look to your right you see a chain of beautiful human beings,

Of beautiful souls holding hands.

You see them all,

All the beautiful colors of humankind,

All of the beauty of our races and our colors,

Our cultures and languages.

Now you are going to look to the left and you are going to see more beautiful humans and souls holding hands.

Now you are going to look to the front and you are going to see how they are all holding hands together.

And we are all around mother earth.

Now you are going to hold hands with them,

You are going to be closing this beautiful chain of love and peace.

Now imagine this beautiful pink and emerald light coming through all of the crown chakras of everybody here,

All of the crown chakras of these beautiful humans and meeting their hearts,

Meeting your heart,

You also going to feel how this energy goes through everybody's hands.

We are absorbing together as humankind,

As one,

Because we are one,

Because we are all the same.

We are all beautiful.

We are absorbing together this energy and it's going to our hearts and then it's going through all of us,

All around earth.

Now you are going to see how we all going to put the palms of our hands facing mother earth.

Look to your right,

Everybody now is smiling at you and their hands are facing mother earth.

Now look to your left,

All of these beautiful souls are smiling at you and putting the palms of their hands facing mother earth.

Now all together we are going to breathe in the love of the universe,

This pink and emerald green light.

It's going to meet our hearts and our throat chakra and we are going to project this beautiful light onto mother earth and we are going to say,

Hi there pain,

We see you,

I see you,

Hi there pain of centuries,

Centuries of slavery,

Injustice,

Hunger,

War,

Limitations,

Sickness,

Abuse.

We acknowledge that you exist.

We no longer want to hide the fact that you exist.

But now that we acknowledge you,

Now that we see you,

Pain we understand that you are coming up so we can be better.

And that's why we all together,

Me,

I'm going to project this beautiful light of love onto you.

Now imagine your hands and imagine everybody's hands projecting this beautiful light onto the places of earth that you feel that needs this light,

That need this help.

You can think about countries,

You can think about United States,

The riots,

You can think about the places that need help with the virus.

You can think about places that go through hunger and thirst and you can point your hands to those places and send your intention.

Now look at mother earth.

Look how all the light of all the souls here are shining together and are filling our world with love and peace.

We needed to see this pain so we could heal it together and for that we say thank you.

We acknowledge that it's been hard and our heart and our soul goes to those that have suffered the most.

We send them love but we take our lesson.

We can work together every day for a better world.

Imagine this beautiful light coming out of your hands,

You can feel the warmth and you can see Gaia now surrounded by a beautiful pink and emerald green light.

Now right here we're going to say this beautiful words,

I love you,

I'm sorry,

Thank you,

Forgive me,

I'm sorry,

Thank you,

Forgive me.

Because all of us in different levels,

We've done something sometimes to hurt others and we have been hurt too.

So this is the moment on the place,

What do we want to heal in our life?

Now think about your intention and now imagine all these beautiful souls sending light to your intention,

Sending light to the parts of your life that needs improving,

That need healing to the parts of your body that need healing.

And breathing this beautiful light that everybody is giving to you,

Including me.

Sending this beautiful light into the part of your life that need help improving love and healing.

Now let's say this beautiful light coming out of your hands,

You can feel the warmth of your focus coming out the whole thing.

You you you now we're going to bring our hands together to the center of our heart and we're going to bow with love for all this healing energy we're going to thank Father Universe and all the souls that were here,

All the masters,

The teachers and the loved ones that came to help in this healing now we're going to slowly start coming back into our body we're going to start breathing deep and feeling this beautiful sense of lightness and bliss we're going to breathe in this beautiful love and the certainty that what was done here has an impact in the world and in your life now start slowly wiggling your toes start moving your hands,

Your head breathing,

Breathe out breathing,

Breathe out breathing,

Breathe out breathing,

Breathe out now we're going to start bringing back our roots from Mother Earth as we bring them up we bring in beautiful nutrients,

Energetic nutrients,

Love,

Tenderness and support we're going to bring this light up to our heart we're going to put our hands on our heart and we're going to say thank you Mother Earth the healing is done the healing is done,

Thank you Mother Earth the healing is done so now slowly start opening your eyes or just stay in this place if you can this is a great moment to start thinking about the things you want,
