Healing Mother Relationship And Feminine Lineage

The Mother Wound Manifests in many ways, here are some just to name a few: not feeling good enough. Shame, consistent background sense that there is something wrong with you. Feeling that you must remain small in order to be loved. A persistent sense of guilt for wanting more than you currently have. Not being your full self also high tolerance for poor treatment from others. Through this meditation, we heal our mather relationship and those of our lineage.

This is Star by breathing very gently but profoundly in and out.

In and out.

Allowing our body to drop into a comfortable position.

Whether it's sitting down with your back straight or laying down.

Even if you want to be in a fiddle position,

That's perfect too.

And as you settle down in the most comfortable position,

Almost like a baby in a mother's womb,

Keep breathing.

In and out.

Softly and profoundly.

And with every breath start becoming aware that there's always a waterfall of light pouring over you.

A waterfall of light and light force that pours down into our planet,

Into each one of us.

Pouring from the heart of father-mother universe in an unconditional way,

With unconditional love.

And as you breathe in and out imagine a beautiful waterfall of light force,

Of light and love.

These beautiful golden particles pouring down onto your crown chakra and allow your crown chakra to start opening like a beautiful lotus flower.

You're in a safe space,

You're in a safe container.

Where only the vibrations of love and above can penetrate your field.

And as you breathe in and out allow more of those golden particles to come in and pour from your crown chakra.

All through your chakra system down your spine pours a beautiful column of light.

Clearing and cleansing any emotions,

Any memories,

Any experiences that have felt heavy lately or in your lifetime.

Allow these golden fluids to pour down and ease these emotions and these experiences of pain and trauma to start coming from the depths of your chakras.

And allow them to be released.

We ask that any emotions,

Any memories of pain or trauma that are being held in our chakra system and ourselves or our DNA can be clear here and now.

We ask that we can be given the permission and the blessing to finally let go of all of these things that have been kept in us from being our brightest self.

From embodying health,

Wealth,

Abundance and joy.

And allow these golden waterfalls to pour down in a very soft but determined way,

Cleansing and clearing.

You are going to allow this beautiful golden substance coming from the heart of father mother universe to pour all over your human brain.

To go through each one of the narrow path that have shaped the personality of who you are today.

To clear those narrow path that are no longer serving your higher purpose and to promote and nourish new ones.

Where we free of pain and fear can and will design and manifest a more joyful,

Vital,

Healthy and sweet life.

For that is our divine right.

Now with every breath allow more light to come into your system,

Start going through your veins,

In your blood,

Infusing your bones and all your organs with light and light force.

Vitality nourishing every molecule in your body.

To allow the temple of your soul that is called the body to live to the fullest.

In the most healthy,

Beautiful and the most brightest vital way.

For this is also our birth right,

Our bodies have been designed by the creator and they are designed to be healthy,

Beautiful and vital.

To allow us to enjoy this human life.

As you keep breathing allow this process to continue with ease and grace,

With grace and ease.

Imagine all the cells of your body igniting and shining like billions of suns shining in your body.

Imagine all the molecules,

The electrons,

The protons,

The neutrons in your energetic body shining and bursting in this beautiful golden light.

Clearing all your energetic bodies and sealing any tearing.

And as your body is full with this golden light and your energetic bodies are filled with this golden light as well,

Any low vibration entity or cords will just drop.

And just see them drop and they soar.

And so it is.

Now start imagining golden roots coming out of your tailbone and the sole of your feet.

These beautiful roots represent your light.

And these planets and they are craving to connect,

To reconnect with our Mother Gaia.

With a beautiful Pachamama,

This beautiful planet that we live in and there is always,

Always supporting us and waiting.

With the most unconditional love for us to become conscious again of this beautiful connection.

Allow your roots to start going down through the layers of Mother Earth,

Tasting the sweetness,

The warmness of her beautiful soul.

Allow your roots to become wide and strong.

And as they go down searching for her beautiful heart allow them to connect with the wisdom and the medicine of the crystals and the plants.

If there is any spirit animal or plant or crystal that comes after you at this moment is perfect and is divinely guided for you to use its energy and wisdom at this moment of your life.

And to support this healing for the next couple of months.

Allow the messages to flow.

And as your golden roots start getting so close to her center feel the beat of her heart,

Her crystalline heart like the sun shining so brightly but so soft at the same time.

Feel the warmth,

Like a warmth you've never felt before or maybe like that warmth that you felt in the womb of your mother.

Because whether you are connected to your human mother today or not and whether your relationship with her is good or a little bit more complex right now,

She held you in her womb.

And she provided you everything needed to cross from the light and be born into this human experience.

Whether your relationship right now is as you would desire that relationship to be or not.

She and her mother before her and her grandmother before her and her great grandmother before her are the links that connect you with life.

As your roots are here connected,

Feeling this warmth,

This unconditional love.

With every breath you take you're going to start drawing beautiful rose cores from the center of her heart.

Drawing this beautiful fluid from the center.

With every breath you're allowing more of this crystalline,

Crystalline light into your system,

Into your physical body.

Your blood,

Your cells,

Your DNA activating,

Clearing and cleansing to connect you with the higher purpose of your soul and your lineage.

And now as you're protected from above and below you're going to visualize a beautiful garden.

This garden exists in the sixth dimension.

This is the dimension where you designed and created the soul contracts for your human experience.

And as we are coming back to this realm today we come to heal and clear.

To look at these contracts with compassion,

Knowing there is divine purpose in the relationships we have on earth right now.

Knowing that those relationships that we have with our closest worlds are the ones designed to teach us mastery.

To be the catalyzers for our growth in light and love.

From this sixth dimension we can also understand that we are all one,

We are all connected and that those parts that we don't like in others are illuminating parts within ourselves that need to be healed,

That need to be enlightened,

That need to be loved,

That need to be acknowledged.

And as you are in this beautiful garden,

Imagine a beautiful lagoon in the center with the most crystalline sacred waters that you have ever seen.

You can see all the colors of the rainbow bouncing off the surface of these waters.

These waters are of a beautiful turquoise color,

The color of the high heart chakra,

The chakra that exists between our heart and our throat.

The color of unconditional love and connection.

You are going to start making your way to the center of these waters and there you are going to visualize a chair,

A bed,

A rock,

A grassy little island,

However it comes out for you is perfect.

And you are going to sit down or lay down in the center of the lagoon as you are lying there,

Allowing this healing to progress and continue as the golden particles from the sky fall upon you and clear and nourish and activate your system to allow more light into your body.

And as you still drawing that beautiful fluid from Mother Earth,

Also clearing,

Nourishing and activating the wisdom within your DNA.

You are going to visualize how right now all situations,

Experiences,

The relationships that feel heavy,

All the things that have been hard or harsh for you,

All the things that are not progressing,

The parts of your life where you feel stuck or blocked.

You are going to bring them into your consciousness right now and see them like a picture,

Like a movie in front of you.

The partner relationships that are not working,

The abundance that you are not receiving,

The friendships that are not serving your higher purpose,

The self-love,

The love for your face,

The love of your body.

You are going to bring all those experiences into your consciousness,

The relationship with the opposite text,

The relationship with food,

With money,

The relationship with yourself.

You are going to bring all those things that feel heavy or sticky or foggy.

And you are going to look a little bit more in depth,

You are going to look behind those situations,

Those people and experiences.

And you are going to realize that behind all that has felt heavy is your mom and your feminine lineage.

And you are going to acknowledge this,

You are going to acknowledge how hard this all has been for you because it has been hard.

You are going to tell your mom how hard has always been for you.

You are going to allow yourself to acknowledge that it hasn't been easy sometimes or a lot of the times.

And you are going to tell your mom this.

And now you are going to look at your mom and you are going to realize that she is also only a human.

That she is here also battling her own inner battles,

Her own inner wounds and pain.

Whether they are conscious or unconscious,

Whether she directly experienced traumatic experiences or lacked of love or neglect or someone else within the feminine lineage.

Those things live within her and while she was your mom,

She was also a human trying her best with the resources she had.

With the resources that she was given in her own upbringing.

She gave you everything she could.

She gave you only what she knew.

As she was here also trying to decipher and sometimes survive the human experience while being a mom.

And you are going to lock eyes with her.

And if you feel like you can,

You are going to give yourself permission to forgive her.

Either if there was a lack of love or an excess of control.

You are going to give yourself permission to forgive her and free yourself as you also free her.

As you free yourself,

You are also dissolving energetic blocks that are keeping you from living your best life,

Your most bright self.

So freedom comes after forgiveness for both of you and the feminine lineage.

And so it is.

Now you are going to visualize yourself in the center of this lagoon and your mom coming towards you.

You are going to visualize how she is coming towards you,

You become younger and younger.

Until you are again a little baby or a little boy or a girl.

Whichever age comes up for you is perfect.

And as you become yourself at that magical age,

You are going to allow your mother to hold you into her arms with so much love and tenderness.

She is going to come down on her knees at your level.

She is going to look at you with so much love and you are going to let her hold you.

Allow the change and the blockages made of resentment,

Confusion,

Neglect,

Control to dissolve into these waters and allow a golden thread of pure unconditional love to grow from both your hearts and connect.

She is the one that connects you with the life.

She gave you life.

No matter what,

She gave you life and the opportunity to be here at this moment.

Healing for you,

Your descendants and your whole lineage.

Allow this connection to grow.

Let her hold you in your arms and tell her,

Mom,

Mommy,

Mama,

Mother,

I miss you.

I need you.

I love you.

I miss this connection that we have in this higher realm.

I love you and I forgive you.

I forgive you.

I forgive you.

I free you and I free myself to write a new story.

A new story for myself,

For our descendants,

For our lineage.

I free you and I free myself through forgiveness to write a new story.

I acknowledge your journey.

I acknowledge your pain.

I acknowledge the fact that maybe you didn't have the best resources.

And I thank you and our female ancestors for their journey.

But if it wasn't for them,

I would not be here today.

I thank them and I honor them as I honor you because you lived your story,

Because they lived their story and went through all the hardships they had to go through.

I don't have to repeat it again.

Because you lived those lessons,

I don't have to repeat it again and I'm free to write a new story.

A story where I choose to connect with love,

With abundance,

With health,

With wealth,

With beauty,

With harmony and with compassion.

Where I can look at you and the situations that have been hard,

The people that have been hard in my life and understand.

That as I forgive you here today and free myself,

Those situations are going to unfold into beautiful catalyst for my growing,

For my enlightenment.

For me to be my brightest self.

I thank you for the lessons that we agreed to learn together.

But here and now and from this high dimension,

I choose to write a new story.

And I ask for your permission and your blessing as the permission and the blessing of all the females in my lineage to write a new story,

To connect from unconditional love.

And now visualize all the women in your lineage coming forward around this beautiful lagoon,

Smiling at you,

Honoring your journey.

Thanking you for this healing as you heal the healed too.

You are the one that was called to do this work.

You are the one they have been waiting for.

You are the light bringer.

Now imagine all your female ancestors coming into the waters,

To the center to joy.

And love and communion.

And visualize them all coming into this beautiful hug.

And if you could look from up in the sky,

It looks like a flower with thousands of petals made of light souls coming around you.

This is the power of your female ancestors coming because you have called them to support you,

To love you.

You and your power,

You and your projects,

You and your dreams.

Imagine all of them like beautiful petals in a flower shining,

Shining like a beautiful mandala of light all around you and your mother in the center,

Holding each other with so much love.

This is the truth.

This is the real relationship that exists in the higher realms.

This is the truth.

Connect with this truth in your heart.

Be free.

Allow your mom to be free.

For in this human experience you can also choose to go back here and know the truth of your connection.

And as you are here in this beautiful center of this mandala made of your female ancestors,

Bring to your consciousness all your dreams.

Allow your dreams to be illuminated,

To be infused with this beautiful light as well.

And now you are going to look again at your mom and all your female ancestors around you.

You are going to start growing up again to your actual self today.

And as you are here in the center you are going to visualize how it is starting with your mother.

They are going to start becoming these golden beautiful stars and they are going to start going into your heart one by one,

Starting by your mom.

She is becoming this beautiful star,

Light and coming and going into your heart,

Melting with you one by one.

All your female ancestors are coming into your temple with their gifts,

With their love and their power.

healing …. thank you dear soul … my Mother loved to swim … some of my best memories are when we were swimming together … we swam together like otters in “the lagoon” … she passed a year ago (alone because of covid) and i have been struggling with the lineage of body shame … voicelessness … sexual repression… poverty consciousness… i felt a shift this morning during this meditation… with her and my grandmother… was happy to include the entire feminine lineage and felt their encouragement to break the bonds of fear and sadness … 💜💙💜💙💜💙💜💙💜
