Healing The Masculine Lineage

Family Constellations is a therapeutic method that aims to create peace and healing around the longstanding effects of unresolved linage conflicts. “Ancestral patterns can be embedded in our DNA, and they’re unconscious”. Through this healing meditation, we will be working on healing this energy, to reconnect again with the healthy masculine within.

Hi,

I welcome you into another healing meditation,

Into another quantum healing,

DNA healing meditation.

Today,

I'm going to take you in a beautiful journey to heal the masculine within me,

To heal the father figure,

The masculine figures in our lineage.

And so we can reconnect with the gifts,

With the beauty,

With the love,

The abundance of the divine masculine,

With the support and the protection of the divine masculine,

With the willpower to make our dreams come true and to attract into our life our dreams,

Opportunities,

Friends,

Jobs,

Wealth and health.

So we're going to start by breathing in and out.

Make sure you find a comfortable position,

You can choose to be seated or you can choose to lay down.

Just make sure that your spine is straight,

That you're not crossing your legs or your arms.

You can rest your arms next to your body or hold your palms up over your stomach.

And as we breathe in and out,

We're going to imagine golden particles of light coming from the center of Father universe,

Coming from the center of that masculine divine energy.

Whatever that looks,

However that looks for you,

It could be God,

Source,

Jesus,

Whichever archetype or figure that represents the divine masculine.

So now you're going to consciously start breathing these golden particles through your nose,

Filling up your lungs,

Going in your bloodstream.

And also you're going to visualize these golden particles pouring down into your crown chakra,

Filling up all your being with this beautiful energy,

Reaching every corner of your being.

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your organs,

Your bones,

Your blood,

Filling every corner of your energetic body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body,

Your etheric body,

Reaching all the way to your Buddhist body.

And after you're here now,

Conscious of this beautiful connection and this light coming in,

You realize that this light is ever flowing,

Ever providing for you.

For you are a child of this beautiful universe of God,

Of source.

Breathing here,

Breathing these lights,

Fill up all your chakra system.

And now you're going to visualize yourself as a little kid,

As young as you remember yourself.

You can imagine yourself in these beautiful meadows filled with flowers and trees and flowers,

Witnessing the richness of Mother Earth.

And as you are here in this beautiful meadow,

Imagine your father coming through the woods and his image starts becoming more clear.

It doesn't matter if you knew your father or not,

Or if your father is in this physical plane or not.

As he finally is in front of you,

See him tall and big,

And now he's going to go on his knees and reach your level.

You're going to start looking at each other's eyes and you're going to observe pure love coming out of your father's eyes.

Whether you experience this with him or not in this plane,

That's what's not important right now.

You're going to become aware that this love exists between all the souls,

Especially between those that have decided to incarnate in your lineage.

And now your dad is going to extend his arms and reach out for you.

He's going to hold you in the most loving and tender hug that you can imagine.

You can almost taste the sweetness of this moment in your mouth,

Like a honey light taste.

You're going to feel the love of your body.

You're going to feel the love of your dad around all of your being,

Holding you,

Embracing you,

Protecting you.

And as you're here laying in his arms,

Tell him,

I miss you so much.

I need you so much.

I need your love.

I need your acceptance.

I want you to see me,

Father,

See me.

And as you're here saying these words,

If you tears come up,

Let them flow.

If there is a feeling of crying or screaming,

Let that go.

This is the moment to let go.

As you are here with your father in these beautiful meadows,

In this beautiful hug,

Start imagining golden particles of pure unconditional love coming out of your father's heart.

Coming out of his temple,

His heart.

And they're going to start coming into your heart.

Now you're going to imagine your grandfather,

Great-grandfather,

Great-great-grandfather and so on,

Behind your dad.

And you're going to look at your dad as a little kid too.

And you're going to start observing consciously that what he gave you,

That what he taught you,

Was probably all he knew,

Was probably all he was taught.

It was the way he was taught to love.

And as you look and you're in the presence of your dad as a little kid,

You can now look at him with compassion,

Understanding that what he gave you,

Whether the excess or the lack of love,

Tenderness,

Acceptance,

Guidance,

Was all he had to give.

Now you're going to go back to this hug,

To this communion of souls with your dad.

And under and in the presence of this new realization,

You're going to say,

Father,

I forgive you for what you couldn't give me.

I forgive you for what you couldn't show me.

And I understand that that was all you had to give,

That you didn't know better.

I also forgive myself for the judgments.

And as you're still here in this beautiful moment,

You're going to look into his eyes,

And you're going to realize that he's only a human and that the mistakes that you leave together in this relationship were so you can do better,

So you can be better,

And so you could compare and decide to move into a new knowledge and consciousness.

And now as you are here,

You are going to invite the masculine energy into your life,

Into your heart chakra.

With every breath,

Your heart chakra opens and expands to receive the divine masculine that is flowing through the masculine lineage of your family.

You're going to see golden particles of light coming out of every member's heart,

Being passed down into the next one,

To the great grandfather,

The grandfather,

Your father,

And now into you.

And as we are here forgiving,

Acknowledging and observing with compassion,

We feel the divine masculine coming in with a brand new energy,

An energy of vitality,

Of wealth,

Of willpower,

To connect with your dreams,

As you let this beautiful masculine energy in your life,

You're allowing yourself to heal your divine masculine and connect with all the gifts that come directly from Father Universe.

Breathing this moment through your nose,

Your heart and your crown chakra,

There is particles of light,

Light codes,

Going into your system,

Healing,

Nurturing and activating your DNA so you can write a new story.

And as you're here now,

You're going to stand up,

Still holding your father's hand,

And as you look into his eyes,

You're going to say,

Thank you,

For I know you gave me the best you could.

I forgive you,

For our souls had to come together so I could heal this for myself and the future generations of our lineage and earth.

And here I now,

I ask for your blessing and permission to design a new life for me and our future generations.

And as you stand in here looking at your father's eyes,

Holding hands,

You're gently going to bow your head.

You're going to visualize your father,

Your grandfather,

Great grandfather,

Great great grandfather and so on,

Giving you this blessing.

And as you're here receiving this blessing to write a new story,

To heal and to activate new gifts and the divine masculine within you,

You start feeling this immense feeling of peace and gratitude.

As you're here,

You tell them,

I am ready to claim my divine masculine,

I am ready to receive my gifts,

I am ready to take on my life and design my life the way I dream,

For it is the way that I deserve.

I will design my life in a higher,

More conscious way,

As a way to honor your existence.

For the lessons that you have learned,

I don't have to repeat anymore and I thank you for that.

Thank you,

Thank you.

Now with this new feeling of power,

Love and abundance,

You're going to turn away from your masculine ancestors.

And now with this new feeling,

You're going to take a step forward and you're going to design the life that you desire,

The life that you deserve with their blessing.

And as you have all your masculine ancestors and your father in your back,

You're going to realize that they are supporting you,

Loving you and giving you all the power that comes through your lineage so you can make your dreams come true,

So you can design the life that you deserve.

For you are a child of the divine father,

Of the divine masculine.

As you are here feeling this big support,

This new energy flowing through your veins,

Your whole being,

You're going to start visualizing all your dreams.

They're going to appear very clearly in front of you.

And this golden light and support coming from your ancestors is going to start illuminating,

Infusing all the dreams ahead of you.

You have the divine masculine within you.

You have the power of father universe within you.

You came into this earth to live a life of abundance,

Wealth,

Health,

Beauty and happiness.

That is the main purpose.

As you heal and illuminate your masculine lineage,

You illuminate this earth.

You infuse this earth with this energy.

Now very slowly start coming back.

This meditation works in your unconscious mind and the more you repeat it,

The more it becomes a reality.

It goes deep and reprograms and transmutes any trauma,

Any wound.

My dad worked a lot. He died when I was 10 or 11 years old. I never much grieved. But being gay in the Deep South without the accepting masculine figure that my dad was, I have always felt alienated by other males. This meditation may have been the first step toward letting that go and embracing my own power. Thank you.
