Giving Back Relationship Patterns From Lineage

“What fires together, wires together” which refers to the fact that more frequently you engage in a behavior, create stronger, and familiar pathways in your brain, that will become, our core beliefs about ourselves, and guide all areas of our lives. We pick up core beliefs from every interaction and experience we have from childhood, and the dinamics in our parents relationship is no different, is from witnessing this interactions that we will built our core believes about love.

You're going to start connecting with your breath.

Breathing in and out.

And as you are inhaling,

I want you to realize,

To remember that with every breath you're absorbing golden particles of light,

Coming from the center of father mother universe.

Coming from that place of infinite love and compassion.

Coming from that place of the most pure experience of unconditional love.

And as these particles make their way through the universe,

The galaxies,

The planets,

Then finally make their way into mother earth,

Into your home.

Imagine your beautiful crown chakra opening like a beautiful flower with thousands of petals opening to receive this beautiful golden fluid of love,

Of healing,

Blessing,

Permission and compassion to heal.

And with every exhale you're going to let go of anything that has been feeling heavy in the last days,

The last weeks,

The last months and even in this lifetime.

Remember as you inhale you are breathing in,

Filling up your beautiful human body with golden particles of light.

And as you exhale you're letting go of anything that has felt heavy.

Now as you are here and all your body is filling up with this beautiful substance of love,

Healing and compassion,

You're going to imagine beautiful golden roots coming out of the sole of your feet,

Coming out of the tip of your tailbone,

Your root chakra,

And making their way through all the layers of mother earth,

Feeling the textures,

The richness,

The nourishment.

Visualize your roots connecting with the wisdom of the earth,

The plants,

The crystals,

The waters as they make their way into Gaia's heart.

Keep going down,

Through all the layers until you can feel the beating heart of mother earth,

Until you can feel the warmth of mother earth heart,

Beating full of light and unconditional love for you,

For your essence,

For your divine blueprint,

For your process,

For your life.

And as you connect your beautiful roots in the center of mother earth,

With every breath you're not just drawing golden particles from the center of the heart of other universe,

You are drawing this beautiful rose-course fluid coming from the center of mother earth,

You are drawing this fluid into your roots and this fluid start making its way all the way up into your body.

And stars flowing through your veins,

Your bones,

Your cells,

All your organs and your chakra system.

And once you feel your body filled with love and light from above and below,

Become aware of this beautiful cocoon created for father universe and mother earth.

Become aware of this ever supporting energy that has never,

Never left you.

That it has been with you for millenians and many lives.

You my dear have never been alone.

And as we are here feeling this immense sensation of support,

Light and expansion,

You're going to start making your way into this beautiful,

Never seen garden.

This is a garden like you've never seen before,

So rich,

So colorful,

So light,

Full of magic.

And as you make your way here you're going to start recognizing this place.

Realize that you are in a dimension where you can re-signify,

Where you can heal,

Where you can forgive and create new realities.

This is the seventh dimension,

The strong dimension where this is where you come to create your experiences.

And as you have free will you can always come back here to re-design your life.

Now you're going to visualize a beautiful lake in the center of this garden.

These are waters like you've never seen before,

These are sacred waters,

This is pure Akash.

These waters are like plasma,

This is a beautiful texture,

They're not cold,

They're not warm,

They're perfect,

It's almost like a velvety texture and you can see all the colors of the rainbow reflect over these crystalline waters.

In the center of this lake you're going to visualize a beautiful lotus flower.

This is a lotus flower of a violet color and the violet fire is igniting,

Is shining in the bottom.

You're going to start making your way into this lake,

You're going to start putting your feet into this lake and realize,

Oh my god,

That these waters are like nothing you have ever felt and as they reach your ankles,

Your knees and your hips you can see how low vibration experiences emotions and thoughts start to dissolve.

They dissolve into these high vibrational waters and now you get as deep as your belly button,

Now these waters are touching your navel,

Your heart,

Your throat chakra,

Again removing any low vibration,

Emotions,

Thoughts or experiences of pain or trauma from this life or others.

Now you're going to dip your head into this water and let it wash over,

Your third eye and your crown chakra for a complete cleanse of all your energy centers,

Any low vibration,

Emotions,

Words,

Thoughts or experiences just dissolve so easily and you let them go,

Oh so easy,

With such ease and grace,

Grace and ease and as you come out of the waters you are filled with this sensation of freedom,

Of cleanliness,

You see yourself,

Your light,

Your aura shining like you've never seen it before.

As you look down into these waters you're going to become aware that you can look all the way down into Mother Earth's heart,

She's here supporting,

Allowing,

Giving the permission and the blessing to experience this healing and as you look above you're going to look at the most beautiful sky full of stars,

Planets,

Galaxies,

Shooting stars and you come to become aware of the presence of your teachers,

Your masters,

All the galaxy races supporting you,

For when you ascend in your journey all of us ascend together,

Now you're going to make your way into the center of this lake where there is this beautiful bed,

This beautiful bed inside this lotus flower,

This violet lotus flower and you're going to take a seat or you're going to lay in a fetal position however whatever feels more ideal to you and as you're here in this lotus flower you're going to start visualizing all your ancestors coming forward through the woods to stand up around this lake,

Your ancestors if you go 200 years ago we're talking about almost 5,

If we think about 400 years ago almost 10,

As many as you see fit,

As many as you see coming is perfect and now as you look into the woods you're going to visualize your father and your mother coming through the woods and standing around the lake in front of you and as you're here you're going to declare and say to your parents and your ancestors here and now I choose to write a new story,

Here and now I ask for your permission and your blessing for me to create a new story to elevate my experience and through that elevate all of your experiences,

A story where I can connect with my most high vibrational relationship for that is my divine birthright and so that I can bless all your unions and so that I can honor your existence through my experience of love and as you look around you can see all your ancestors giving you the yes,

The permission,

Giving you the blessing to create their relationship,

To manifest the relationship that you dream of and that you deserve for the elevation and the healing of all the unions past and future of your lineage.

Now you're going to lock eyes with your parents,

With your father representing the divine masculine and your mother representing the divine feminine and you're going to give them back here and now everything that you've been carrying for them,

You're going to give them back all the experiences and the memories of how love was supposed to look like for now you know better,

For now you have chose to live love in a different way,

In a more elevated way and you're going to start giving them back everything you feel and remember,

You're going to give them back their fights,

You're going to give them back their unfulfillment,

Their frustration,

Their anger and resentment to each other,

You're going to give them back those moments where they were never emotionally available for each other,

You're going to give them back the broken dreams,

The broken expectations,

You're going to give them back the pain,

The tears,

The absence,

The anger,

The bitterness to each other,

You're going to give them back all of that,

Just give them back anything that comes forward to you whether it's an image,

A word,

A color,

A sensation because that doesn't belong to you,

You no longer have to carry their disappointments or their anger or resentment,

You no longer have to try to fill the emotional space,

You no longer have to try to keep them together,

That's not your responsibility.

So here and now today,

Father and mother,

I give you back all of these,

I give you back your relationship because I'm only your child,

I'm not your husband,

I'm not your wife,

I am only your child,

I no longer have to carry low vibration,

Emotions and thoughts from your relationship,

I declare myself here and now free from this responsibility for it was never mine,

For these emotions were never mine to hold,

I clear them now from all of my chakra system,

I clear them now from my mental body,

My emotional body,

For this is not my path,

You chose each other for a reason and I respect your process but I give you back your relationship,

Your dynamics and here and now I ask for your permission and your blessing for me to create and manifest the relationship that I dream of,

The relationship that I deserve to fulfill me,

To make me happy and to make me shine with my brightest light and as you're here visualizing and connecting with your parents,

Giving them back what is them,

What is not yours,

You're going to visualize how with open heart and open hands they are receiving all of those things that you're giving them back and as you look to their back you're going to see your great grandparents,

Your grandparents,

Your great grandparents and all the ancestors unions before you and you're going to start visualizing how at the same time your parents are giving them back what they were carrying from their parents,

Expressing back all of the things that don't belong to their union,

To their parents and their parents to their parents,

Clearing,

Illuminating,

Healing the energy,

The lineage.

We give thanks for the lessons,

We give thanks for the experiences but because you live those experiences I am thankful because I don't have to leave them anymore,

I don't have to repeat them again.

From these elevated dimensions I am resignifying,

Rewriting my story so I can fully connect in the most purest sense and vibration with my partner.

So between my relationship there's no chains bringing us together but golden threads of love and light and as you visualize all your ancestors giving back all the heavy luggage from their unions and relationships you can see all the way to the back,

The heart of other universe open,

Ready to receive and integrate all the lessons lived in the unions of your lineage for we are not giving them back with resentment,

We are giving them back with compassion and acknowledging that it was the path that our ancestors chose but now they can be transmuted and integrated in the heart of other universe,

Go back to it all and now as you look at your lineage,

As you look at all these ancestors in front of you,

You no longer see those heavy chains bringing them together,

You see all of them together being united by beautiful golden threads of love and light connecting heart and here you can feel that feeling of lightness like you have released lifetimes of heavy chains and burdens,

You are made of the same material of God so you can curate the relationship and the union that you deserve and as you are here in this beautiful lotus you are going to start visualizing how your partner looks like,

How your partner comes together with you,

How you two come together,

How you two elevate each other,

How in this relationship you can be your most bright self,

How you are connected through high vibrational golden threads of love and light,

How you two are synchronizing each other at the same high vibrational dimension,

How you are finally available and at the level of this relationship,

How you want it,

How you have longed for it because this my dear is what you deserve no less,

This is what you deserve no less and as you are here surrender,

Surrounding by your ancestors you're going to thank them for allowing you to write a new story and now that you are all connected by light and love they are in sync to help you manifest your relationship just how you want it,

How you deserve it in light and love.

Now you're going to visualize this beautiful rose quartz fluid coming from the heart of Mother Gaia pumping into your system clearing all your chakras,

Your energy centers from any low vibrations,

Experiences from past relationships,

You're going to visualize at the same time these golden particles coming from the center of other universe sinking with the fluid of Mother Earth clearing also any memories from pain or trauma from any past relationships in this life or others.

Now these two fluids come together into your heart center and beautifully combine.

See in your heart the divine feminine and the divine masculine coming together igniting in your heart a new light a new vibration to magnetize the relationship you dream of for you deserve this,

For you deserve this partner,

For you deserve to connect with only the experience of love and above and as you're here in this beautiful lotus flower you're going to let these two fluids continue to clean and clear any low vibrations from past relationships to nourish and to fill every corner of your body with a renewed sensation of deserving worthiness and light.
