I wanted to give you some technical feedback: your beautiful soft accent and voice is overpowered by the volume of the music. At times it was a struggle to understand what you were saying and I then had to focus on grasping for it instead of flowing into thought. 💫

But the meditation itself was so powerful and practical that I pushed though!
