For over 25 years, Lee has been regularly teaching fitness classes of all formats, yoga, and meditation. She is a certified brain health trainer and mindfulness meditation teacher, with additional certifications in yoga and fitness. Lee has also completed the Applied Compassion Training program at Stanford University.
