Welcome to the Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Meditation. Begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight, Your feet on the ground, Your hands resting gently in your lap. Take a deep breath in through your nose, Filling your lungs with air. Hold there for a moment and release slowly through your mouth. Repeat this for a few cycles, Inhaling through your nose, Holding at the top and exhaling through your mouth, Allowing your body to relax and release any tension. Bring your attention to the area just above your navel where your solar plexus chakra is. Visualize a bright yellow glowing light radiating outward into the rest of your body, Filling it with warmth and energy. As you focus on this light, Take a few moments to set an intention for this meditation. This could be increasing your self-confidence, Releasing any feelings of fear or self-doubt. Whatever it is, Allow that intention to settle in your mind for the rest of the practice. Bring your awareness to your breath, Hearing the sound and feeling the sensation of each inhale and exhale. With each inhale, Feel that warm energizing light filling your body. With each exhale, Allow your body to release any tension or negative energy you may be holding. Now come back to that yellow light at the center of your solar plexus chakra. Watch it begin to grow brighter and more vibrant with each breath. Allow it to expand and fill your entire being with powerful, Warm, Energizing sensations. As you focus on the warm, Powerful energy, Repeat the following affirmation to yourself. I am confident and strong. I trust myself and I am powerful. I am confident and strong. I trust myself and I am powerful. I am confident and strong. I trust myself and I am powerful. Allow these words to permeate your entire being, Allowing yourself to know that you are powerful and capable and strong. Begin to release any feelings of fear or self-doubt. Visualize them as dark clouds dissipating into that warm, Energizing light, Allowing you to feel clear and confident. Take a few moments to simply be still and allow yourself to feel the bright, Shining sun of your solar plexus chakra, Radiating warmth and light throughout your entire body. As the light moves through you, Allow any thoughts or emotions that arise to simply be present. No judgment or resistance. Simply notice and then let them go, Just like the clouds of your self-doubt. Slowly begin to bring your awareness back into your body and back into your breath. Feel that warm, Powerful energy flowing through your entire being. Allow yourself to take a few deep breaths, Releasing any last tension or self-doubt. When you feel grounded, Centered, And strong, You can slowly open your eyes and return to your day, Feeling confident, Empowered, And in control.
