As you breathe,
Bring your awareness to your throat,
Visualizing a bright blue light right at the center.
With each breath in and out,
See this light growing stronger,
Radiating out to fill your entire body with a warm and healing energy.
Take a moment to simply connect with your Throat Chakra.
The energy center that governs your ability to communicate and express yourself.
Notice any sensations or feelings that arise in your throat area,
Without judgment or analysis.
Now,
Keeping your awareness at your Throat Chakra,
Repeat the following affirmations.
I speak my truth with ease and confidence.
I express myself authentically and clearly.
My voice is powerful and resonant.
I communicate with love and compassion.
My thoughts and words are aligned with my highest good.
As you repeat these affirmations,
Imagine any blockages or tension in your throat area melting away.
See the blue light filling your entire body and allow it to create a sense of clarity and calm,
As it grows brighter and more expansive with each breath.
Visualize yourself speaking your truth with ease and confidence.
Imagine communicating clearly and effectively,
Expressing yourself with love and compassion,
And see yourself radiating with the power and strength of your authentic voice.
Take a few moments to sit with these feelings,
Allowing yourself to fully embody the energy of your Throat Chakra.
Know that you have the power to communicate and express yourself with ease and confidence.
Begin to bring your awareness back into your throat,
Back into that blue light,
That sense of clarity and calm.
Allow it to infuse your entire body one more time.
Take a few deep breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Maybe beginning to wiggle fingers and toes.
Allow yourself to carry that sense of peace and clarity with you as you move throughout the rest of your day,
