Welcome to the crown chakra healing meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight,
Feet on the floor,
And hands resting gently on your lap.
Close your eyes and let your eyelids become heavy with a soft gaze.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with air,
Holding the breath for a moment,
And then slowly releasing it through your mouth.
Repeat this breathing in through your nose,
Holding for a moment,
And releasing through your mouth,
Allowing your body to relax and release any tension it might be holding.
Now bring your attention to the crown of your head.
Visualize a beautiful,
Opalescent light at the top of your head,
Shining down into your body.
This is your crown chakra,
Which represents your connection to the universe.
As you focus on this light,
Repeat the following affirmation to yourself.
I am connected to the universe.
I am open to universal guidance and wisdom.
Imagine the light growing brighter and more vibrant with each breath.
Visualize it expanding and filling your entire body with warmth and energy.
Allow the light to flow freely through your body,
Beginning to heal and balance any areas that need it.
As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on the light,
Imagine that you're opening yourself up to receive universal guidance and wisdom.
Visualize your crown chakra as a beautiful lotus flower,
Opening up to the universe.
Take a few moments to simply be still and allow yourself to receive any messages or insights that come to you.
Trust that you're being guided and supported by the universe.
Whatever messages you did or didn't hear,
Allow the light to continue to flow through your body,
Coming in through your crown chakra,
Bringing whatever healing energy the universe has for you.
Begin to bring your awareness back into your breath,
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out any remaining tension.
Allow yourself to feel grounded and centered,
Bringing your awareness back into your fingers,
Into your toes,
And the rest of your body.
Maybe take a stretch,
Bringing your arms up overhead,
And remembering to take whatever messages,
Healing,
Or intuition that you found with you through the rest of your day.
Holding on to the beautiful energy that you created here today,
Breathing slowly,
Gently open your eyes,
And bring yourself back into the room so that you can go about your day.
