Welcome to this meditation on letting go.
Find a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling
Through your mouth.
With each breath,
Imagine gathering any tension,
Worries,
Or thoughts into a glowing ball of
Light in your chest.
Take a few more breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
And then return
To normal breathing.
As you maintain the steady rhythm of your breath,
Envision the ball within your chest
Intensifying and expanding in size with each exhale.
The sphere becomes a vessel,
Capturing all that you consciously choose to release.
Feel its warmth extending beyond the confines of your physical form,
Creating a radiant
Aura that holds and cradles everything that no longer serves you.
With every breath,
Allow the energy within the ball of light to absorb any lingering
Tensions,
Worries,
Or thoughts that may reside within you.
Embrace the warmth and light permeating every faucet of your being,
Reaching into the recesses
Of your soul,
Scouring every thought,
Feeling,
Sensation,
And behavior that no longer serves
Your well-being.
Take another deep breath,
And on the exhale,
Imagine releasing this ball of light into
The vast expanse of the universe.
Watch it float away,
Carrying with it all the burdens you've willingly let go.
Sense the lightness that remains in its wake,
Allowing space for new energy and possibilities.
Take a moment to bask in the serenity of this newfound lightness and the freedom that
Comes from letting go.
When you're ready,
Gently begin to open your eyes,
Carrying the peace of release with you
Into the rest of your day,
The rest of your week,
The rest of your life.
