For taking the time for yourself to press play,
To sink in deeper,
To know yourself more.
Close your eyes now,
Feel your body sinking in deeper to the floor.
Elongate your breaths so that when you breathe in you're expanding your rib cage out,
Holding ever so slightly and then letting everything go.
Focusing on your breathing is a fantastic way to bring your awareness back into the present moment,
Back into your body,
Back into the now,
Away from thoughts about the past or the future,
Thoughts that do not serve you.
And with that in mind,
When you breathe in,
Breathe in happiness,
Fulfillment,
Presence,
And when you breathe out,
Let go of negativity,
Of strife,
Of worry,
Of shame,
Of any negative emotion that you know doesn't serve you but that you're holding onto because you think you have to.
It's not a part of who you are.
Your natural state is to be happy and light and free.
Keep breathing now and with every breath,
Let yourself relax even deeper.
Release your jaw.
Let it relax.
Release your shoulders.
Let them drop away from your ears.
Release your hips.
Let them release tension and find the ground more fully.
Release any tension in your calves or your ankles,
Your wrists.
With every breath,
Your body becomes more alkaline and you find yourself the real you that's always been there,
That's been waiting for you to remove any negative thinking so that it can pop up like a cork underwater and just be.
Keep breathing.
You're fully relaxed now in your body,
In the room that you're in.
You could drift off to sleep at any moment but you hold onto your breath.
You feel the alchemy happening in your body,
The lightness flowing in through your nose,
Into your lungs,
The release you feel when you breathe out.
You haven't felt this way in so long,
Tender,
Open,
Optimistic about the future.
Anything can happen.
All good things flow to you and you're here to seize the opportunity because you're awake and you're open to it.
Let's take one more deep breath in together and let it all go.
You can stay in your meditation for as long as you like.
You can replay this if you want to hear the guided message again or if it's time for bed,
Simply drift off.
