Thank you for joining me for another guided meditation,
For creating a space,
A sanctuary around your day to settle your mind,
To connect to your heart,
To get centered and see what is really important.
So let's get started.
You can do this lying flat on your back,
On your yoga mat,
Sitting cross legged with your hands gently resting on your knees.
I don't want you to feel like you have to do this perfectly or be formal.
Really,
What we're doing is getting still,
Focusing on our breathing and coming home.
When you meditate,
You raise your vibration to a higher level and when you become comfortable with this by doing it every day,
You'll notice more quickly when you are at a lower level.
And the key to understanding that is just to notice your emotions.
Do you feel good or do you not feel so good?
And I'm sure,
Like most people,
You would rather feel good as much as possible because that's when opportunity and alignment,
Synchronicities flow into your life and I can attest to that.
So let's take a deep breath in together.
Hold at the top and let it go through your nose.
You want to be able to hear your breath.
Deep breath in.
Hold through the nose.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Hold out through the nose.
Last deep breath in together.
Hold this time out through the mouth.
As you return to a gentle rhythmic breathing,
Don't try to force anything.
Just notice.
Notice the beauty of your breath.
Notice how your lungs expand and contract.
Feel the power of your heart beating.
Send love to your organs for keeping you alive and able to witness the miracle of daily life.
Send your heart to the possibility that every single second you are changing and getting on a higher plane where more good and abundance and love lives.
You are deserving of that.
You are deserving of a life full of love and bliss and pleasure and desires that you can easily fulfill.
There's nothing that you can't accomplish,
But it takes settling down,
Letting go of what's not important,
And focusing your attention on what is.
So I'd like to start this meditation with a question.
What do you want?
Ask yourself this now.
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Notice any answers that came up or any emotions of needing to find an answer.
Just let it settle because now that you've asked the question,
Your mind will actively find an answer,
Often when you least expect it.
My next question is what feels good?
What do you love about life?
Focus on that answer now.
My last question for you to meditate on today is what is the impact that you want to leave with the world through your children,
Through your work,
Or just through your own vibration of goodness and kindness?
What is the impact you want to leave with the world?
Ask yourself that now,
An answer in your mind.
You've posed these very important questions to yourself.
Perhaps you've never really asked yourself these deeper questions until now.
It's a giant step forward when you do.
You can pause this meditation and sit with yourself as long as you need or take a deep breath in with me now.
Hold and let it all go.
If you have time,
I would recommend grabbing a journal or piece of paper and writing down anything that came up for you during this meditation.
It's often the act of physically writing things down that we can truly process what our deepest desires are.
You don't have to know the how.
The how is all taken care of by the universe,
By God,
Whatever you want to call it.
The desire and the belief and the feeling of receiving is up to you.
That's your job.
