It's really just about Focusing your attention on your breath Breathe in deep Hold And release Breathe in deep Oh Release Hope again,
Breathe in deep Hold Release Push push push I'm going to turn to a gentle rhythmic breathing.
I always like to start with a little bit of elongated focused breathing because When we're on automatic pilot,
We don't always remember to breathe deeply If we're distracted or we have a ton of tabs open in our brain,
We Kind of forget to fill our lungs and instead keep the air up in our shoulders And we wonder why we feel so stressed and anxious So during this meditation,
I want you to just let yourself breathe And feel the emotions that come up Be with your body Your ultimate guidance Your body loves you It communicates with you instantly the thoughts that you're thinking The vibration you're emitting You want your vibration to be as high as you can So that you align with everything you desire in this life When you feel bad or negative or scared Go to your mind Observe the thoughts and release them for a higher vibratory thought This doesn't mean jumping from depression to happiness.
It's not bypassing But it's an intentional shift up And one of the best moments of your life Will be when you realize that you have the power to shift the gears from within Doesn't matter what's going on outside of you You are the creator of your life And in moments like this Seems like you're wasting time.
You're just sitting there You are fine-tuning your vibration You are training your brain to do what you want it to do And your body and your life experiences will reflect that So now I want you to take the next few minutes to imagine the kind of life that you deserve The kind of life that you want to align with And when you can feel the emotions of that existence what it would be like to live that way To live that way Then it has no choice but to be drawn to you That's the power you have within you right now in this moment and that you've always had So keep breathing And be a magnet for the life that you desire And when it's time to come out of this fine-tuning experiment,
I'll let you know You You You You You Come back into your body You breathe in a few deep breaths And blow out Again breathe in Breathe out everything that doesn't serve you The person that gets up from this meditation is vibrationally different than the person that sat down so well done If you're particularly strong in your mind's eye and you could really see and feel the life that you desired well done The more you do this the better you'll get so feel free to save this for later.
I Like doing meditations like this right before bed or Right when I wake up because you're still in that ether state you're still in theta state Where your brain is kind of in the in-between between the subconscious and the conscious?
And when you program your subconscious like this like you just did Your life will change.
