You're listening to the Motherhood Unstressed Podcast and I'm your host Liz Carlisle.
Thank you so much for tuning in,
For taking the time for yourself,
Your higher self.
Relax as you settle in to this meditation.
Whether you're lying in bed or sitting cross-legged on the floor or maybe in a comfortable chair,
Whatever position gets you to that zone,
That space where you feel connected to who you really are.
So breathe and let the wanderings of your mind start to settle.
Let's take some deep breaths in together to get us into that spot,
That spot where you can actively watch your thoughts without attaching to them.
So breathe in through the nose,
Hold at the top and release through the nose.
Breathe in through the nose,
Hold and release through the nose.
Breathe in,
Hold,
And release.
You can make that audible jai breath sound at the back of your throat that sounds like waves crashing against the sand or you can be quiet simply feeling the air coming in,
Transforming and then leaving your body.
Take your awareness down into your belly and if you're already relaxing deeply,
You'll feel your breath expanding your belly and contracting.
That's when you know you feel safe.
That's when you know your body knows that everything is okay and in these next few minutes together it doesn't have to do anything except relax,
Release and heal.
You can let your tongue leave the roof of your mouth,
Relax your jaw,
Release any tension in your hips,
Perhaps in your neck and shoulders.
Allow your breath to travel throughout your body to where you need the attention,
To where your body's been holding tight,
Trying to protect you and now consciously hold the thought that everything is okay.
Tell your body,
Even though you might feel silly doing it,
That it is safe,
That you love it,
That you're grateful for everything it's done for you up until this point and all the places it will carry you throughout your wonderful life.
Tune into your beating heart.
See if it feels like it's expanding,
Softening.
With your breath as your anchor,
Take your awareness throughout your body,
Healing as you go,
Sending gratitude as you go.
When you feel that you have fully crossed every cell tissue with love and gratitude,
Then you know you're ready.
To go higher.
If there seems to be a greater space between thoughts,
That's your sign that you're fully relaxed.
From here,
I want you to envision the type of person that you want to be.
What does he or she look like?
How do they interact in the world?
What kind of conversations do they have?
What kind of clothes do they wear?
What kind of things do they do throughout the day?
It brings some joy.
Envision yourself in that role as that person,
Not as some goal to reach in a year,
Two years,
But right now.
See it so clearly.
See yourself smile and feel joy embodying the higher self that is you as you carefully let fall any resistance to that person in that life.
Take the next minute or two to imagine what a day would look like for you and know that when you rise from this meditation,
You have magnetically attracted that life and that person to your existence while simultaneously letting go versions of your past self stuck in resistance or fear.
You're ascending right here and right now.
So breathe and enjoy the ride.
When it's time to come out,
I'll let you know and but if it feels too delicious to keep imagining,
Just stay until you feel ready and again when you rise know that you are not the same person that originally pressed play in this meditation.
You you you you Start to deepen your breathing now.
You can do some gentle neck rolls.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Come back into an active mind.
Flutter your eyes open.
Before you get up and get into your day,
Notice the gentle shift that just took place within you.
Are you looking out through different eyes?
Are you sensing things differently now?
These quiet moments.
Write down anything that came up for you.
That's an added way to cement this new life that you're creating for yourself in 5D.
Thank you for doing the work.
It was all you.
I just held the space.
Until next week,
Namaste.
