Thank you so much for joining me for another guided meditation,
A chance to relax,
To breathe,
To connect with who you really are.
Away from the mask,
The person that you present to everyone else,
Maybe even to yourself.
Relax into your position,
Whether you're sitting cross-legged or lying flat on your back,
And start to bring your awareness to your breath.
If you're like most,
Your breathing has been shallow,
Truncated,
Give yourself the permission now to breathe deeply.
Fill up your lungs,
And push it even a little bit more than what's comfortable,
And hold when you get to the top,
And then let it all go.
Repeat this process until you feel completely relaxed and back in your body.
Take in one more deep breath in with me,
And when you're ready,
Let it go.
Already your body is feeling more relaxed,
More at peace,
Wondering what's next,
And for now,
Just breathe normally,
And allow yourself to just be for the next few minutes.
You won't be thinking of tomorrow or the next hour,
You're in this moment right now with your breath,
With me,
And that's all that matters.
Relax your fingers and your toes,
Let your breath cleanse every cell in your body with light and health and renewal.
Imagine your inner child at your heart.
Imagine enveloping that child with that light and that love that's being generated by your breath.
Encase that child in a pink luminous energy,
Wrap your arms around them,
And just be in peace with every aspect of yourself,
The past,
The present,
And you as an old person years from now,
Looking back on this moment,
Realizing that this is when you truly begin to heal and know yourself.
Feel any emotions that arise,
Any resistance,
Or any relief.
Allow whatever comes up for you to just be,
Observe it,
Feel it,
But don't become attached In this way,
You're like an outsider,
But you're benefiting from all of the healing effects of not running away,
Of accepting,
Of love.
Stay here for as long as you need,
And when it's time to come out,
I'll let you know.
If you're ready now to come out of this healing space that you've created with your breath and your intention,
Start to elongate your breathing,
Filling up your lungs like we did together at the beginning.
With every exhale,
Cleanse any residual energy,
Negative or otherwise,
Out into the ether.
Feel the lightness in your hands and in your heart,
In your shoulders,
In your mind.
Notice the chemistry,
The alchemy that just took place,
You're healed.
Notice how different you feel than when you first sat down and pressed play.
Take this feeling with you into your day or into your dreams,
And remember that you can always come back whenever you need it,
With your breath,
And your intention,
And your good heart.
Thank you for doing this important work for yourself and every other person that you interact with today and tomorrow and the day after.

Thank you for being a healer.
