Thank you for taking the time to do this guided meditation,
To get settled and centered,
And come home to who you really are,
Beyond the racing thoughts and emotions that ensue.
So like always,
As we begin this meditation,
Let's bring the attention to our breath.
I want you to consciously focus on breathing in through your nose for a count of four,
Holding at the top,
And then you can release through your nose or your mouth for a count of eight.
Again,
In through the nose,
Hold,
Release,
Until you hit eight,
And hold,
And repeat.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Release.
Last time together.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Release,
Hold for a moment,
And return now to a gentle,
Rhythmic breath.
We haven't done a sleep meditation in a while,
And a lot of you tell me that these are your favorites,
So that's what we're going to do.
Notice how your body feels more relaxed right now in this moment,
After just a few moments of guided breath work together,
And I want you to truly realize the power that you have within you,
To create this peace and this space whenever you need it.
You really do have everything you need already inside of you,
To create your own kingdom of heaven here on earth.
It takes a little bit of reframing,
A little bit of readjustment,
But once you understand it,
Once you feel it in your body,
There's no going back.
So now bring your awareness to the top of your head,
And imagine with every breath,
As you go down,
You're releasing anxiety,
Anxiety,
Worry,
Anything related to the future or the past.
This melting sensation,
Stripping lower and lower down your body,
Is freeing you from burden,
From negative thinking,
From worry,
And it's not something that you have to make exist the rest of your life.
Just now in this moment,
Release it,
And give yourself a chance to truly breathe,
And just be.
You are perfect,
Whole,
And complete.
As you settle into this realization,
Feel your body relax,
Maybe for the first time today.
Feel the atoms in your body spinning,
Feel the blood circulating,
Your heart keeping everything balanced,
Feel your lungs expanding as you trip down lower,
Feel any irritation or pain melt away.
Take control of the alchemy in your body by choosing peace and eradicating toxicity and negativity out.
It has no place in your body anymore.
Command it out,
And as you reach the tips of your toes in this slow,
Melting form of body awareness,
Bring your attention back up from your toes,
Past your shins and knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your throat,
Your mouth,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your eyes.
Do you see anything behind your closed eyes right now?
Is it black,
Or do you see bits of sparkle?
Take your attention to your third eye,
The space in between your brows on your forehead,
And imagine shining your pineal gland up,
Removing any calcium,
Anything blocking your true sense of knowing of self and God and the universe.
Bring your attention up to the top of your head and expand it out,
And imagine a white light of your essence,
Your aura,
To see it as bright as you really are.
And with this knowing of your divine energy,
And not just knowing,
But feeling it,
Relax fully into your bed,
Your mat,
Or the floor.
Feel the circulating energy that you just became fully aware of in your body,
And when it's time to come out,
Or rather drift off,
Let you know.
You might be almost asleep now,
But if anything came up,
Creative musings or ideas or understanding,
Try to remember it right now before you fully drift off to sleep.
Where did your brain go in theta state,
Where your mind was alert,
But not fully conscious?
This bridge you just crossed,
It's very powerful.
Try to tune in to that space in between more and more,
And watch how your life transforms.
What do you want?
What do you love?
What are you ready to leave behind in the past?
