Welcome,

Beautiful soul,

To this sacred space of healing and gentle unfolding,

A guided meditation that I have infused with healing light energy.

My name is Lisa Wadley,

Thank you for joining me.

As we embark on this journey into the depths of your heart,

I invite you to find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed,

So we can embrace the waves of peaceful love together.

And now,

Let's begin by closing your eyes,

Allowing the external world to fade into the background,

Turning your focus inward.

Breathe in deeply,

Inhaling peace,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension you may carry.

With each breath,

Just allow yourself to sink deeper into the present moment.

Imagine connecting with the earth beneath you,

Supportive and steady.

Begin to sense its vast energy,

As grounding and as nourishing as the air you breathe.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling this energy rise up into your being,

Stabilizing and calming.

And exhale,

Imagine letting go of all that no longer serves you,

Sinking further and further into peaceful relaxation.

Now bring your attention to your body,

Notice any areas of tightness or discomfort.

Do not rush to change these sensations,

Simply observe them with kindness and curiosity.

What messages might your body be sending you?

Now breathe into these areas,

And imagine your breath as a wave of soothing light,

Flowing to these places of tension,

Softening them,

Releasing them with each exhale.

And let's gently shift your focus to your thoughts,

Observing them as they float across the canvas of your mind,

Like clouds in a vast sky,

They form,

Drift,

And dissolve.

Just watch them with detachment and compassion,

Knowing that you are not these thoughts or emotions,

But the awareness that observes them.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine a gentle,

Warm light beginning to glow in the center of your chest.

This light,

Radiant and soft,

Is the light of your heart,

Your sacred heart,

Where endless peace and love reside.

With each breath,

This light grows brighter,

Warmer,

Spreading throughout your entire being.

Now feel your heart opening like a flower to the sunlight,

Each petal unfurling with the tender care of your breath.

As it opens,

Visualize the light dissolving any walls or barriers around your heart,

Melting away resistance,

Washing away any fear or sorrow,

Transforming them into peace and acceptance.

Now in this space of openness,

Imagine the essence of peaceful love flowing into you.

It might come as a color,

A sound,

Or simply a feeling of expansiveness.

This love knows no boundaries,

No conditions.

It is pure,

Accepting,

And profoundly healing.

Allow yourself to be filled with this love,

Feeling your heart expand as it embraces and circulates this divine energy.

With your heart wide open,

Visualize this peaceful love radiating outward from you in all directions,

Touching everyone and everything.

As it travels,

It soothes pain,

Calms strife,

And awakens love in others.

And you,

Beautiful soul,

Are a beacon of peace and love,

Healing not only yourself,

But the world around you.

As you bask in this loving energy,

Affirm to yourself,

I am a vessel of peace and love.

With every breath,

I release resistance and embrace freedom.

My heart is an endless wellspring of compassion.

Sit with these affirmations,

Repeating them silently,

Letting them resonate throughout your being,

Embedding themselves in your subconscious.

With each repetition,

Feel their truth grow stronger within you,

Aligning you closer to your essence,

Which is love,

Which is peace,

Which is compassion.

With every breath,

I release resistance and embrace freedom.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a deep,

Grounding breath.

And as you exhale,

Open your eyes,

Carrying the peace and love you have cultivated with you back into the world.

And when your spirit calls to connect deeply with your sacred heart,

I welcome you back to this space.
