But first,

Let us fully and completely de-stress your entire body,

All the way from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and beyond,

Allowing the light to open your throat center fully and completely so you can speak the truth.

Now notice that a beautiful clarity is beginning to surround you.

Magic wants to happen for you now.

You are being asked to honor the legacy of light that is your sacred birthright.

Breathe this in with full acceptance,

With complete gratitude.

And now surrender and allow the essence of peace to envelope you.

Gorgeous soul,

You are in a beautiful state of being right now.

Relaxed and at peace and glowing,

Glowing ever so brightly.

Allow this light that you have built up within you to travel throughout your entire body.

And now expand this light outward,

Five feet in all directions,

North,

South,

East and west above and below,

Fully surrounded,

Allowing this light to completely consume your entire body.

And now send that potent unconditional love and light energy into your entire central nervous system.

With every breath,

Your body is lit up in the light of unconditional love.

Remove these love energies throughout your central nervous system.

Watch this light move,

Following the pink golden light of unconditional love throughout your spinal column.

This energy is intelligent.

It knows where to go.

Just follow the light.

Connect with the love.

And feel the light igniting a massive force of love down your back,

Caressing,

Massaging all the way down your back.

And notice,

Once again at the top of your head,

A beautiful white and pink golden light begins to form,

Generating a blast of light moving down your back,

Flowing down,

Down your spinal column.

Feel that warmth down your body,

Down your back and spine.

Allow this energy to caress you,

Warm and soft.

Allow the power of love to completely flood your spine.

Feel it igniting each of your chakras.

And now intend to send that flood of unconditional love into your grounding core and down,

Down into the core of Mother Earth.

Send all that unconditional love energy with all the love you feel in your heart into Mother Earth.

And as Mother feels you,

She will send her love back to you from the Earth core.

Feel the flood of this crystalline aqua blue light returning back to you through your central and vertical column.

Allow this liquid blue light to fill you completely.

You are protected.

You are supported.

You are safe.

That is Mother Earth's gift to you.

Now in this inner stillness,

Call forth your higher self.

This is the wise,

Powerful,

Loving part within you that is you.

You are not separate.

This part of you knows exactly what you need.

And when you merge with your higher self and live from this space,

New gifts and powers are activated.

So know that during this time of accelerated light flooding the planet,

Things that you once loved and enjoyed may suddenly feel all wrong as if you no longer wish to participate with that energy anymore.

This nudge is a sign from within telling you that indeed it is.

You are being divinely guided.

You are now sealed and shielded.

Call in your ascension guides and angels and ask them for their support.

Ask them for healing,

Ask them for their wisdom to be shared with you at this time.
