Open your imagination and let's journey in.

Open your eyes,

Relaxing your body and take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

And now just let it go.

And as you let it go,

Let your body relax even more.

And another deep breath in.

And now exhale,

Letting your body become loose and relaxed.

And take another deep breath in.

And send a wave of vitality and relaxation through your body.

Breathing space.

As you continue to breathe,

Invite the sensations of relaxation to wash over your entire body.

Allowing yourself to relax completely.

Listening to the sound of my voice as I take you deeper and deeper into the inner recesses of your mind.

Using your breath to create a vehicle on which you can travel into your imagination.

And as you breathe a little deeper,

Drifting slowly,

Gently,

Down and down.

Down into a fully relaxed state of being.

Begin to imagine now what it would feel like waking up every morning believing that the day ahead is going to be better than the day before.

Breathing believing that every day in every way my life is getting better and better.

And you begin to walk lazily and easily down the path.

The ferns and grasses brushing gently against your legs as you pass.

Noticing the grasses dotted with daisies.

Their sunshiny centers smiling at you.

And as the soft breeze ruffles their white petals you catch the faint smell of their lovely fragrance drifting in the breeze.

Inhaling its delightful scent you notice now the deep sense of calmness and tranquility that sweeps over you as the old energy is clearing out from within you.

Making way for the new energy to enter.

And again you have this spontaneous inner knowing that great things are coming for you.

Everything is aligning.

You can feel that excitement building and bursting forth from within.

An explosion of great joy and happiness.

Bringing a huge smile to your face.

And you continue on.

The lighting in the sound of your feet sliding through the grasses as you move on down and down towards the plush and opulent forest.

Moving so easily.

So effortlessly.

You feel almost as though you're floating on air.

Everything in my life flows perfectly and with ease.

Knowing that my thoughts are powerful so I keep my thoughts focused on all that is good and goodness comes to me.

I open up and allow an infinite stream of well-being to flow freely through me and into my life now.

Every day my life is filled with miracles.

I embrace the magic of life.

And in no time at all you find yourself drifting into the forest and through the trees.

Noticing the gentle sound of the birds singing.

Echoing faintly.

And the earthy smell of nature all around you.

All of this relaxes you further.

Knowing that more beauty is revealed to you each and every day.

A beam of white light gently flows down from above,

You notice it has this swirling,

Spiraling fluid-like gentle motion.

And the light now filtering easily through your entire body with a warm,

Loving sensation that makes you smile from ear to ear.

And this light moving down into your crown,

Opening up fully to this beautiful light as it washes through your brain,

Bringing higher awareness into all of the lower chakras.

And moving this loving light into your pituitary and pineal glands,

Eyes,

Moving into your throat,

Entering your spine,

Noticing how these light roots firmly push its way through the damp soil.

You'll soon notice a brilliant ball of light shining brightly.

Very hard of Mother Earth.

So inviting.

She's calling and pulling you forward like a lighthouse that summons in the boats from sea.

Noticing how your roots reach out like a little child,

Ready to be embraced by its mother.

Wrap your light roots firmly around her body in a loving embrace,

Like that of a mother and child,

Embracing with enormous love for one another.

And now feel the rhythm,

The pulse,

Feel the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

Feel the love,

The support,

The guidance,

And align yourself to the rhythm.

Align your breath,

Your pulse,
