Wow this was quite profound. I did not expect the experience that I had just now! It was deeply eye opening and healing. I needed some guidance and I got that and some with my higher self. My body actually relaxed from head to toe and I surrendered to it completely. Your tone of voice and visualisation cues were perfect. Thankyou so much 💫❤️

This is very calming and grounding, as Lisa says, it reminds you of who you are, your true self, even when anxiety is swirling around. My only suggestion is technical- to lower the volume of the music just a little. For me it competes with the words a bit

Beautiful 🌺. I love the imagery of the wildflowers, sun, animal kingdom, sun, beach.
The meeting with my Higher Self/Power was beautiful and felt like a homecoming and warm embrace. I needed to connect with Her. She came in the form of a woman, very beautiful, big, maternal. I am holding Her in my mind to connect with frequently.
