Lisa is an RYT-500, E-RYT 200 yoga teacher as well as a trained meditation and life coach who has been practicing various forms of meditation for over 25 years. Through the practice of Yin Yoga, Lisa learned Buddhist meditation techniques which she incorporates into her own yoga teaching. She teach Yin and restorative yoga as a vehicle for teaching meditation to others in hopes of aiding everyone in having a healthy lifestyle and in finding peace of mind.
