Really needed to hear this. Had difficulty meditating and breathing through the crying and nose congestion, but the message was clear. Often feel ashamed of not being able to "get it together" or "get over" sadness and loneliness. This reminded me I have permission to feel. Thank you so very much. I will return to this again when I feel myself in resistance or trying to suppress my emotions 🙏🏽🕊️❤️
