This meditation has been created to help induce a state of sleep,

A relaxed state,

A state in which helps the mind to release and relax and fall into a state of bliss,

A state that allows the mind to let go and to release.

This state allows the body to relax and let go,

A state that allows the conscious-making mind to fall into the background so that a deep state of sleep can be induced so that the body can go into a state of restoration,

So that the body can rebuild,

So that the organs can relax,

So that the nervous system can relax,

So that the endocrine system can relax,

So that our skin can relax,

So that our stomachs and intestines can relax.

Sleep is a much needed state and the more relaxed the mind,

The deeper the sleep,

The more restful and the more restored we can become.

Please begin by taking a gentle breath in through the nose.

Do not force this breath.

Exhale gently with your mouth.

Again,

As we prepare for sleep,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and then exhale through the mouth one more time,

Easily and gently.

It is important to note that only a relaxed mind can take a deep breath deliberately.

Only a relaxed mind can control the breath deliberately.

Purposely taking breaths in through the nose sends a signal to the brain that all is well.

All is well.

This is your time.

This is your sacred time.

This is time as a creator you have manifested.

We have the power to prepare the conscious mind and the brain for sleep.

And as we prepare to enter a much deserved and needed restorative state,

We will begin at the top of your head and scan your body until the mind releases and lets go.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Sense and feel the top of your head.

Become consciously aware now of the top of your head.

Relax the top of your head.

Feel and become aware of the back of your head.

Relax the muscles,

The back of your head.

Imagine the back of your head lying on a pillow of golden light.

Imagine this light is bathing the top of your head.

Imagine this pillow of light wrapping hands of energy all around your head.

Imagine your mind being bathed with this beautiful,

Healing,

Warm,

Welcoming golden light.

Imagine this light being pulled through you,

Washing over the conscious field,

Just shushing your thoughts away.

Your thoughts become sleepier and sleepier now.

Imagine your thoughts yawning,

Becoming tired.

Your thoughts become sleepier and sleepier.

Imagine light dancing through the conscious field,

Making sure that all the thoughts are sleeping and fading.

Imagine your conscious mind now becoming sleepier and sleepier and sleepier,

Much like a newborn baby who has exhausted themselves fussing and now just wants to let go,

Relax,

And sleep.

Imagine this light filling the conscious field with warm energy.

You are feeling soothed,

Welcomed,

Loved.

You are bathing in this healing light energy.

Feel your eyes heavier and heavier and heavier.

Your eyelids become heavier and heavier and heavier.

You're feeling yourself sink into the chair or the bed beneath you.

Relax the jaw as your entire face prepares to sleep,

As the muscles release and let go,

As tension melts from your body and is absorbed by the light,

Allowing the light to absorb any tension,

Any stress,

Any worries or any concerns,

And any faulty ideas that have come from the past that no longer serve you.

Imagine the light absorbing fears and anxiety,

Negative thoughts.

They are released.

Imagine the light has the power to absorb limiting self-doubts and sabotaging thoughts.

Imagine the light taking care of you,

Managing the conscious field,

And helping you merge with higher self.

Imagine the light absorbing it all,

Loving you and nurturing you.

The light loves you.

The light nurtures you.

The light is there for you.

Your eyes grow heavier.

The heavier the muscles around your eyebrows become,

The more they release and relax.

Release and relax the muscles of your neck and your lower jaw.

Release your shoulders,

Your spine.

Release the back of your head,

The backs of your legs.

Release your calves.

Release your ankles.

Feel yourself sinking and sinking and sinking into a beautiful,

Nurturing,

Restorative sleep state where your energy will be restored.

In a restorative sleep state,

Your consciousness is designed to replenish you,

To love you so that your being can be brought back to a state of harmony and restoration.

This is your birthright.

This state allows you to re-energize and to reboot yourself.

Allowing yourself to fall into a restorative sleep is a self-loving thing to do.

Restorative sleep is a loving state,

A state designed to allow you to release yourself from others' trauma,

Others' energies.

The sleep state has been designed for you and it is a gift.

Through your will,

You can help bring your body into a beautiful,

Restorative sleep state.

You are worthy of sleep.

You are worthy of restoration.

You are worthy of peace.

You are worthy of joy.

You are worthy of abundance.

Your body is sinking.

You feel heavier,

Sleepier,

And more relaxed,

Listening to my voice,

Releasing all attachments to the outside world.

Loving and letting go of the 3D matrix,

You fall into yourself.

Loving the connections within,

Drawing your attention within,

Releasing any attachments like a child would release a helium balloon.

There is no force there.

There is no pushing.

There is only a release and a letting go.

Oftentimes,

Maybe worry,

The mind is or has become.

As it attempts to control an outcome it cannot control.

We hold on.

We resist.

We forget to let go.

Worry induces more worry.

Releasing allows us to let go.

We can let go.

We can let go.

We can sleep.

We can give ourselves a break.

We can love.

We can love ourselves.

We can meditate.

We can pray.

We can send good intentions.

The love,

We can't want it.

We can feel worthy of it.

Love,

We are worthy of.

Love,

We are.

We can arrange our minds in a healthy way.

And when we do,

It will allow us to let go.

We can learn to allow to mind our own business,

Set loving boundaries.

We can focus on beautiful things.

We can learn to take care of ourselves,

Honor one another's paths,

Let go of criticisms of others and of ourselves.

We can choose to not be judgmental of ourselves and others.

We can choose to be more loving to ourselves and to others.

Love helps us let go.

We can choose to better ourselves,

To stay in our own mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual lanes.

We can choose to eat well,

To monitor the body,

To give the body what it needs,

To respect the body,

To respect its physical needs.

We have the power and the more we organize our minds,

The more we find ourselves respecting our divine body.

We recognize that the body is divine.

Every cell of our body is divine.

The more organized the mind,

The easier it is to sleep.

We have free will.

We are the extensions of all that is.

We have the power to organize our minds and we have the power to respect our bodies,

To be wise and to make healthy choices.

We have the power to say no.

We have the power to say yes.

We have the power to recognize what we must say no to and what we must allow.

We have the power to be peaceful.

We have the power to sleep.

And when we enter into a restorative state,

We enter a state that allows us to restore our bodies completely.

Refreshing thoughts,

Healing,

Loving,

Nurturing thoughts,

We bring these thoughts with us into the subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind can accept what we believe is true.

We can accept that sleep is good.

We can accept that sleep is our birthright.

We can accept that sleep is our chance to restore our energy and to reboot ourselves so that we can live a more abundant way of living.

Sleep is nurturing.

Sleep is good.

It was designed by the creator to help restore balance and especially when we have learned how to condition the mind into a state of relaxation,

We can experience the most benefits.

Sleep helps us restore a state of harmony.

The state of harmony allows our body systems to work effectively.

We heal inflammation in the body.

We bring our body back into balance as we usher in the sleep state.

We are connecting to source.

We are connecting to the power within.

We are bringing our glorious benefits to sleep.

Sleep is powerful.

Sleep is a gift.

It is a necessary default setting for a peaceful human experience.

It is good to find ways to naturally induce sleep as sleep restores balance and replenishes the body.

Sleep allows you to discharge unwanted energy.

Sleep relaxes the brain and helps balance the hemispheres of the brain.

It is good to sleep.

It is good to replenish during the sleep state.

Sleep is a loving state.

You are honoring yourself,

Honoring the magnificent design of sleep,

Honoring the body from head to toe helps you relieve tension in your body.

Tension has been leaving your body bit by bit through every pore of your skin.

Relax your skin and allow unwanted energy and tension to leave you now.

Every cell of your being is in a receptive state,

A loving state.

Every organ of your body is in a relaxing state.

All energy that is not in alignment with peace and balance has been allowed to relieve your body now.

Imagine from the day you were born,

You have been wrapped in golden bright energy and you are learning to draw this energy into your life now consciously.

You are learning to draw upon this energy as you drift into sleep.

You are learning to welcome in healing,

Restorative energy.

You are learning to use energy to allow you to transform your life and to nurture you into a deserved restorative state.

As you continue to drift deeper and deeper now,

This golden bright energy that infiltrates your aura will continue to bathe and nurture you.

As you fall more deeply into a deserved loving,

Restorative sleep state,

You are loving yourself.

Sleep loves you.

Sleep heals you.

You are worthy of this loving sleep.

The universe wishes for you to sleep,

To re-energize,
