This is your time.
This is your sacred time.
Time that you have deemed that you,
Dear one,
Are worthy of.
This is an act of self-love and self-compassion.
Just giving yourself permission to relax,
To let go,
To rest,
And to relieve yourself of thoughts,
Emotions,
Opinions,
And perceptions that cause suffering.
This is an act of self-healing.
Take a moment and give yourself permission to feel the power of making the choice to sit,
To meditate,
To look within,
To develop mindfulness,
To drop resistance,
And to let go.
To help move you into presence,
To help move you into stillness,
We will do a short body scan meditation to prepare for letting go.
Bring your focus to the top of your head.
Bring all of your focus to the top of your head.
Notice how with intention you have the power,
Through consciousness and intention,
To move your focus on command.
Feel the top of your head now.
Become total presence,
Only focusing on the top of your head.
You may notice tingling,
Or pressure,
Or nothing at all.
That's totally fine.
It is better to expect nothing.
The difference between hell and heaven is preference.
Simply allow whatever you experience to simply be your experience.
Move to the muscles around your mouth now.
Just let your focus linger there.
Notice your mouth.
Notice your lips.
Relax your bottom jaw.
Teeth slightly open.
Just notice any sensations around your jaw.
Again,
Notice that you have the power to flow your focus where you desire.
Move your focus to your shoulders and upper back.
Notice the energy held within this space.
Just notice.
Become the perceiver of the object,
Without judgment.
This is the way.
Perception.
Noticing.
Without preference or judgment.
Brings mental stillness.
Just notice.
If you sense tension,
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Imagine it is your back doing the breathing.
And gently release and exhale.
Move your focus to the middle and lower back now.
Perceive.
Notice.
Never judge.
If you perceive tension,
Again breathe in through your nose deeply with the intention of releasing the stress in your lower back.
Bring your focus to your right arm.
Perceive the energy in your right arm.
From shoulder to elbow to wrist.
Perceive.
Remember.
Your arm is not you.
You are the life.
The life essence flowing through your arm.
Your arm is not you.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale any tension out that you notice may be stored in your hands,
Your forearm,
Or upper arm,
Or shoulder.
Moving on to the left arm.
Starting with the top of the shoulder.
Moving into the upper arm.
Flowing your focus to forearm and your hand.
Just notice what you notice.
Take a deep breath.
And exhale any tension out from your left arm with your breath.
Moving to your pelvis.
Notice any energy in your lower chakras.
Any tension.
Any sensation.
Many of us hold energy from the past in this sacred center.
Today,
Through this practice,
Through presence and stillness,
We bring our focus to this sacred center.
With compassion.
With understanding.
With honor.
Dignity.
And respect.
This is conscious repair.
Take a gentle deep breath.
And exhale any tension you may have been holding onto within this sacred center.
Moving on to the left leg.
From the top of your hip.
Top of your foot and toes.
Bring your focus to this area.
You are not your leg.
You are the life essence flowing through the leg.
You are the perceiver.
Take a deep breath.
And release any tension that you have been holding onto in these muscles with one exhale.
You are flowing your focus.
Commanding your attention.
Managing your mind.
Deliberately.
Through the power of intention and deliberate consciousness.
Move your focus to the left leg.
From the top of your hip.
To your knee.
Calf.
And toes.
It is totally alright to feel nothing.
It's totally fine.
The center way.
Non-expectation.
Allowing what is to be what is.
Brings mental stillness.
With one breath.
Breathe in.
And exhale any tension you notice being held within the left leg.
You are now in a restorative state of mind.
Through the power of controlled focus.
Through relaxation.
Through surrender.
This short practice has shown you the power of a non-resistant controlled focus.
Where you through the power of your very strong consciousness can move your focus from one place to another.
When we consider human suffering we must understand that suffering is the result of a mind that is not still.
Suffering is a mind that believes in illusions.
The first major illusion often stems back to childhood.
The concept of separation.
The experience of abandonment or rejection.
The feeling of unworthiness.
The feeling of being unwanted.
Unwanted is normally where the initial core wound occurs in the mind.
Where preference is born.
Where we prefer to be loved and suffer in the space of feeling and sensing that we are unloved.
We were always love.
We come from love.
But as humans born to other humans.
Born to a world of people asleep.
Asleep in the world of duality.
Often born to people separate from their own true divine identity.
The illusions continue.
The mind of a child who has experienced this type of separation from mother,
Father,
Family.
Experiences separation from the divine self.
A world of constant preferences is born.
We prefer to be thinner.
Smarter.
Have more money.
More friends.
Less emails.
Less problems.
Less challenges.
We resist what is unaware of our original wound.
The wound of separation that creates the mind that prefers this over that.
This emotion versus that emotion.
This experience versus that experience.
We tend to also take on false beliefs from this initial wound at the subconscious level.
Beliefs,
Dear one,
That are untrue.
The truth is,
You were always enough.
You were here for purpose with purpose.
You're an extension of everything that is.
And although you have felt separate from perhaps your earth human family and many others,
You have never been separate from all that is.
Everything that is comes from the mind.
Power to create from love and connectedness can only happen with a still mind.
Stillness.
Presence.
Consider this idea.
That until you still your mind,
You may not realize when you were stuck in preference.
Preference is resistance.
Whatever we resist persists.
As we still the mind more often.
Many times throughout the day.
Placing our hands on our hearts.
Going back to the beginning.
Remembering the true essence of who we are.
Life force pulsing through every cell.
Manifested in physical form.
In a physical time space reality.
Having human experiences.
Only when we still the mind can we see how the mind operates in innocent duality.
And only through stillness can we observe the back and forth.
The resistance.
The trying to be different.
The trying to control others.
The resistance for who others are and refuse to be.
It is within our mind.
Beliefs that things should not be as they are.
Subjective opinions.
Creating hell on earth.
Hell within ourselves.
The aim is to create stillness of mind.
To activate higher consciousness.
Otherwise called metacognition.
Meditation allows you to observe the way your mind operates while in default.
Default mode judges.
Obscures.
And every opinion is tied to a subjective experience.
Experienced while below the veil of consciousness.
The aim is to know when you have fallen between the cracks.
When you are preferring you think differently.
Act differently.
Feel differently.
And do the same to others.
And that expansive state of consciousness is the opportunity to experience non-preference.
To simply allow what is to be.
To simply see experiences as human experiences.
Sensations mixed with opinions and fears.
Desires and outcomes.
Finding the center.
The non-judgment.
Allowing whatever you feel to just be.
If crying comes for you,
You allow it.
You simply allow whatever it is to be.
No judgment.
No harsh inner self-talk.
Just the middle way.
Non-attachment to outcomes.
Allowing others to have their opinions and faulty perceptions of you.
No preference as to whether they hold a different opinion of you.
No preference.
Only allowing.
Only allowing.
No preference over pain versus pleasure.
Sadness over joy.
Allowing.
Mindfulness.
Stillness.
They are tools that we can use in everyday human life to ground us.
And in this stillness of mind,
Only then can we hear guidance from Higher Self.
From Source.
Creator.
Guides.
Or Angels.
Or whatever you prefer to call and name your Higher Power.
Only in the stillness can you hear that voice.
Can you find that guidance.
And even the preference of wanting to come out of a storm creates a bit of hell.
Because it implies that you are not yet where you would like to be.
And so you are noticing where you would like to be in relation to where you are not.
And yet,
When you move into complete surrender and acceptance of what is,
Observing from a higher state of consciousness,
What is,
The water is calm.
The voice can be heard.
Guidance felt.
May you know and believe,
Dear one,
That all that you seek is within you.
You are innocent.
The human mind is innocent.
Through meditative practices.
Through mindfulness practices.
Through brain retraining.
Through subconscious retraining.
We have the power to heal thyself.
