Lindel has been practising mindfulness since 2014 and teaching individuals and corporate groups nationally and internationally for the past 7 years. Her wonderful teachers come from Buddhist traditions as well as from the mindfulness-based therapy ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Lindel loves sharing authentic and evidence-based practices that help ease suffering and cultivate genuine happiness and equanimity – no matter what life throws our way.
