Hello beautiful being,
It's Linda here,

Today we're going to work on balancing and aligning very gently,
It's a guided meditation and we're here to assist in the grounding,
Grounding into the foundation of life.
In aligning and balancing the physical and spiritual aspects of life.
We're going to use some tuning forks,
The 174 hertz and the 741 hertz to embed the vibration into your cells as you allow,
As you're present with an open heart.
To be gentle,
Sit or lie and allow your body to sink into wherever you are,
Take a deep breath in and just let that breath ease out.
Take another deep breath in all the way down to the bottom of your lungs and then feel that breath leak out gently,
Slowly.
Make another big deep in breath and this time as you allow the exhale,
Actively feel your body relaxing further into where you are.
In your body,
Check for any remaining areas of tense feeling,
The tone you're hearing at the moment is 174 hertz.
This is the frequency of grounding,
Of pain relief,
Promoting a sense of safety and security and supporting your physical and emotional healing.
Open your heart to the vibration and allow,
Allow the vibration to enter your system all the way to your cells.
We are vibrational beings,
The 741 hertz frequency is the one you'll hear now,
It's the frequency of awakening intuition,
It's believed to promote a deeper level of awareness,
Enhance your intuition and your spiritual growth.
As you hear the tone,
Be aware that this vibration will assist you in making wise decisions,
Will help you to navigate the twists and turns of life,
Will awaken and expand your intuition,
It'll allow you to tap into your own inner wisdom,
It'll clarify your choices,
Finding them with your highest good,
Openly allow this vibration to settle into your body.
Feel the depth of the vibration as it settles into your cells,
And now beautiful being,
It's time to come back,
To bring yourself all the way back into the here and now.
The effects of any vibrational healing are ongoing,
It's very personal,
So stay with your open heart,
Allow,
Give yourself kindness and love,
Knowing that these vibrations have been here today to gently help you to balance and align.
