This meditation is designed to uplift and empower you as you exercise, transforming your physical routine into a time for mental and emotional growth. Strengthening your body and nurturing your mind with positive and empowering thoughts. See Note Below about the music levels. In this session, you’ll hear powerful “I AM” affirmations, helping you release negativity, build confidence, and focus on your personal progress. Let each statement fuel your energy and commitment, knowing that you are becoming stronger inside and out with every movement you make. The beautiful backing music is called Harmony of the Heart by Rebecca Reeds Recordings. I’ve left the music and my voice louder than a relaxed meditation to balance the everyday noises as you exercise.

Hello,

Hello beautiful being.

It's Linda here and today I'm bringing you a meditation that was born into me while I was exercising and while I was at the gym.

I've called it Empower Your Body Elevate Your Mind and it's an affirmation meditation.

It's designed to uplift and empower you as you exercise and it should work towards transforming your physical routine into a time for your mental and emotional growth,

For strengthening your body and nurturing your mind at the same time using positive and empowering thoughts.

In this session you'll hear powerful I am affirmations which you can say out loud or in your mind as we go or you can just let them land.

There is magic in just accepting them and affirming I am and it'll help you release negativity,

Build confidence and it'll have you focusing on your personal progress.

So let each statement just fuel your energy and commitment to your health inner and outer and know that you become stronger in and out with every movement that you make,

With every beautiful thought that you have.

So in this moment become aware of your body where it is now,

Become aware of where your brain is right now and where is your breath?

Is it pumping from your chest or have you been able to move it down further and fully oxygenate your system as you work out?

So if you're ready I'm going to make the statements and you can just affirm them along the way.

If you're doing a short workout this will cover it otherwise you can just run it again.

I am powerful and my body grows stronger with every movement.

I am committed to becoming the best version of me.

I am capable of achieving my goal,

Of achieving any goal that I set for myself with my heart,

My mind and my spirit.

I am so grateful for my body's ability to grow,

To transform and to heal.

I am filled with energy to move ahead and have my beautiful successful life.

I am disciplined and my consistency brings results.

I am so proud of my efforts and I do celebrate each step of the progress along the way.

I am focused on my journey and I release the need to compare.

I am patient with myself,

With my health and with my core training.

I am stronger mentally and physically with every challenge that I overcome.

I am worthy of self-love and I treat my body with respect,

With love and with kindness.

I am transforming from the inside out.

I radiate strength and confidence.

I am powerful and my body grows stronger with every movement.

Encouraging and empowering! What was fascinating for me was that the affirmations really spoke to me as someone who just had a serious limb surgery. The messages of affirmation, healing and support of the body spoke perfectly to my recovery journey!
