Hello beautiful being,
How are you today?
It's Linda here from Neutralising with Love and that's what we're going to talk about today.
We're going to talk about boosting your love shield and elevating your protection.
Just upgrading everything you think about how you move in the world.
For a long time I've actually quietly rebelled against having to use any words about protection or shielding.
And I realised why when I discovered that my work is about being joyful,
My work is about being loving.
And I had to,
And I think this is not unique to me,
I had to discover how to live here with my heart open,
With my love happening and not get slammed by incoming negativity.
So this is a product of that,
This is being mulled around between me and my beautiful guidance for a while and today is the day I'm going to generate a beautiful loving guidance for you to fully upgrade your light body energy to incorporate a loving permeable shield.
You can use protection or shield,
It is a love,
A love surround,
A love,
Yes the high walls of your castle.
So close your eyes if you haven't already and we'll just go straight into it,
You don't need me to explain anymore what we're doing,
I'll do any descriptions along the way.
Do a couple of really big breaths in and push them out just to get your stomach settled,
Get any muscles in your stomach a bit more relaxed.
Open your jaw wide if you feel there's tension there and swallow,
Swallow if you feel your throat just needs to be relaxed.
Relax into your own breathing,
You've probably already gotten to a place where you're comfortable and I just have to confirm that's perfect but if you're not there yet and you're wondering however you're comfortable is best,
Wherever you can let your arms just relax and be and your legs fall out,
I'm a lie down meditator I love it,
If you're a sit up meditator do that,
It doesn't matter.
As long as you're able to breathe in your way and let the breath just be natural to you so that you are relaxed.
Now with your body all relaxed I want you to feel up through your body,
Through your spine and up through your crown chakra,
Through your light body and to spirit,
To source and then with that connection held come back down through the parameters of your light body and your chakras all the way from your spine,
All the way through down through your best chakra into the earth,
Into the gile,
Reach down join the energies up and bring them back up to your heart,
Let them land together in your heart,
We're going to work together today with your physical body,
Your light body and your extreme energy.
I'm assuming you know what the light body is and for me the light body is the immediate feeling of my energy just out from my physical body,
It sits around me like an elongated egg shape,
It's the beginning of my shine on the non-physical level and that feeds out to my big energy which is a big suggestion of my shine,
A big example of who I am out on the universe.
Today with all of the help of Gaia and your source and divine consciousness we're going to work with the four elements,
The first one we're going to work with is earth,
So travel back down into the earth and ask the earth essence,
The essential being of earth to bring their guidance and their assistance up into your heart,
Out through your crown chakra where it actually hits your light body and travels all the way around it,
Spilling out down around the outside of your light body energy,
Meeting at your toes,
Having completely covered its three dimensional light body energy in earth energy,
Feel the love of the earth energy as it settles around,
Fully connected.
Now reach out in your mind to water energy,
You might see a favourite place where you go to look at the water,
It might be a picture of your favourite bottle of water,
However water represents itself to you,
Ask it now to come up through your base chakra or come in if it's rain that you're seeing,
Come in through your crown chakra,
Meet in your heart and then layer the full inside of your light energy with water energy,
Feel it reaching out and fully enveloping the inside layer of your light energy with water energy,
Melding itself with earth melding from the outside and water melding from the inside and now we ask for the element of air to bring the essence of air into our light body,
To bring it as a vast wind on the outside to add to this permeable layer,
To bring it from your heart to reach out to layer the inside to add to this permeable layer,
So now you have the three elements adding to your light body energy,
Before we go to fire I want you to reach into your heart and find pure love and fill the inside of your light body energy with pure love,
Whenever I think of pure love I see a rose quartz crystal,
That's my one element relating to this picture,
It serves me whenever I've practiced this meditation,
So I fill my inside up with pink,
This is not a rule,
You fill the inside up with anything that you see as the essence of love and now we call upon the loving fire elementals,
The essence of fire to come from the fire in our heart,
The fire in our body,
In our gut,
The fire that we know lives in the air and we ask the essence of fire to meld all of these layers together,
To meld them all to a permeable layer that holds all of the essence in a permeable construction of your light body energy.
And now let's fill your whole inner and outer being with love to test the principle of what we've called a shield,
A loving protection,
As you're breathing right now and as your heart beats,
On every heartbeat and on every out breath intend that love,
Heart love fills your field,
It fills your body,
It fills the inside of this already loving light body energy and because our layer is permeable,
It spills out every heartbeat,
Every breath,
Love in the form of love bubbles now spilling out into your outer field,
Spilling out into your majestic essence,
Out into your energy.
If you like you can intend that as your love fills your energy,
You can allow the love bubbles to move out and take the loving energy out wherever it may go,
Just allow it to go.
But with this energy field of love and your permeable love light body,
External energies are either not going to see you because they can't see love,
Negative energies can't often see love,
You'll shine so bright for them that they will go away,
But on the positive part when someone needs the knowledge that's in your light energy field,
In the greater field of your energy,
Then your energy and their energy can cross on the boundary,
On that boundary cross over of two energies meeting,
It doesn't come in because the love just dissolves it and you spread your love this way without it coming from your physicalness,
It comes from the extent of your energy and with this you can go out into the field and in the beginning you may need to physically remind yourself that you have this field,
But truly after a while it just is.
And you're doing your work,
Your heart work,
Your spiritual work,
Your universal work,
Your off the planet work.
You're doing your work.
I love you beautiful being,
I wanted to bring you back to the here and now,
Hold to the intentions that we've made together today,
Listen to this again and know that your source,
Your divine source will support you on every level of what you chose to do here on earth and you have earth angels around that assist,
It's all part of the plan,
