We’ll deal with files related to stress, things that make you feel less than powerful, and areas that leave you feeling unloved and unworthy. Make sure that you complete the meditation feeling balanced, loved, and abundant with inner confidence.

Hello beautiful being,

It's Linda back again.

I was sitting here today and was drawn to talk to you and to offer a quick meditation.

A meditation that will bring you inner confidence,

The knowledge that you're loved and more balance in your world.

So how do we do that?

Because it sounds like a magic trick doesn't it?

We're going to talk to our brain files.

To do that you just need to be relaxed.

You can be sitting or lying or walking around with your ear pods and as long as you hold an open intention to receive and allow the magic to happen.

Let's take a deep breath in and then just allow that breath to leak out of you as you relax.

Even just a little bit more.

Another deep breath in.

Again let it just fall out.

How does that feel?

Do it again if you need.

Big breath in all the way fill everything up with oxygen.

Oh and just allow,

Just allow it to fall out.

So beautiful when you feel relaxed.

Now if you haven't already allow your eyes to close.

If you're doing a walking meditation with me then just allow,

Just allow yourself to fall into it as you do all of the human stuff.

But if you're sitting or lying feel yourself falling back in to relax a tiny bit more.

Knowing that you'll be held strong by the bed or by the chair.

In your gentleness here,

In your gentleness.

Just be and feel yourself lifting up into the mind space.

Your mind space,

The space behind your eyes,

The magic magic area.

See yourself there happy and if you can't envisage don't worry.

Just hold an open intention that my words will lead you with love and that the magic will happen.

But if you'd like to try envisaging cast your eyes over to the left and ask your brain to show itself to you.

If this is your first time it might be interesting to see what shows up.

Allow it.

This is all your picture.

Even if nothing shows up just say thank you brain,

Thanks for working with me today.

Let your brain know we're not going to do anything scary.

And now inside this beautiful space lift your eyes up and over to the right and as you do an arc will appear.

This is the arc where we're going to travel the brain files.

It may be a rainbow,

It may be just an arc.

However it appears to you is fine.

And when you look on to the right there's a container filled with love,

Filled with love.

It's there for all the brain files to land.

We don't have to look at the brain files.

The ones that come up just go into the love pile and between your brain,

Your heart and your connection to source everything happens in the love pile.

Whether it be neutralized,

Reset,

Archived,

Refreshed.

Now come back over to your brain and say to your brain have you got any immediate stress files that we could neutralize for you to ease your day?

And watch as your brain happily delivers you some files and then feel those files just lift up and over the arc and land in the love.

We don't have to know what's in them.

We can just allow them to be transmuted and files don't get stuck in the love pile.

Once all the work's been done on them they get filed back into the filing system in their new state or archived.

Now come back over to your brain and ask brain if it can find files on things that make you feel wobbly and not aligned.

Allow your brain to go find these it knows what it's doing and don't look at them like I said.

Files that make you feel wobbly and do not aligned and when they come just wish them over the arc and let them land in the love pile.

Now when you come back to your brain ask it for the files on you feeling unloved or unworthy.

Unloved and unworthy.

Allow your brain to dig those out whether it's across timelines or in the now.

Let's lift those files up and over the arc and land them in the love bubble pile.

And now when you come back to your brain ask your brain if it's got a file on balance in your life.

Inner balance,

Outer balance.

The files that help you feel balanced in your life and feel those files just travel lovingly over the arc and land in the love pile.

To be refreshed,

Updated,

Reset and then come back to your brain and ask it for files on inner confidence,

Inner confidence.

Yes and let's lift those files up and over into the love pile.

Let's update those files and let's go back to the brain and ask it to find the files on love.

Any files that it wants to find on love right now,

Right now.

And let's lift those files up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.

Sit with the music for a little while and let it all flow,

Feel the vibrational shift happening.

Now it's time to come back beautiful being.

Bring your balanced,

Much-loved,

Filled with inner confidence being back here to earth.

Allow the vibrations to travel through your body.

Intend that they land in yourselves so that your message is carried throughout your body.

Wriggle your toes and scrunch up your shoulders.

Oh and bring yourself all the way back here to earth.

I hope this has helped you today.
