This led to university studies in eastern religions and modern spirituality as well as pedagogy, psychology and art history. Professionally she has worked as a Montessori teacher and in the field of occupational reintegration. Linda has a personal history of complex trauma and is late diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Her meditations reflect her own process of healing and unmasking. They aim to give you clarity, calm and connectedness.
