Explore MeditationLinda has practiced yoga, meditation and healing for nearly 30 years. She was first introduced to spirituality and self development work when travelling in India in her early twenties. This led to university studies in art, psychology, pedagogy, eastern religions and modern spirituality. Professionally she has worked as a Montessori teacher in elementary school. She has had several administrative jobs and worked in the field of occupational rehabilitation and reintegration. Linda also has a personal history of complex trauma. Her meditations reflect her own healing process, insights and knowledge. They aim to give you clarity and healing, as well as relaxation and connectedness.
