Let one hand scoop it up,
Bringing it to the mouth whilst other hand stays on the tummy.
Smile at this balloon before you give your loving life breath into it and make it a red balloon.
So three long continuous breaths into it now.
Let the life breath of your red balloon begin to tie itself to you.
The next invisible balloon drops on your tummy.
Scoop it up,
Bringing to the mouth.
Other hand resting on the tummy.
Smile before you give your loving breath into it and make a orange balloon.
So three long continuous breaths into it.
Let this life breath of your orange balloon,
Full of love,
Begin to tie itself to you.
The next invisible balloon drops on your tummy.
Bring it to your mouth,

Trust these coloured balloons that just want to lift you with love.

Drifting sky high towards a platform of endless white clouds in a endless blue sky.
