Welcome to this guided sleep meditation called Rainbow Power Body and Power Animal Sleep. Let's begin. Here is the opportunity to energy cleanse and aid a therapeutic dream. What a wonderful way to go to sleep. Please prepare your pillow for sleep time. Refresh the pillow by simply and quickly squeezing it. Let's make yourself a dreamy fluffy pillow. Please lay down the whole body in the bed now. Head soft onto your pillow. Closing one eye begin to connect to inside. Closing the next eye to begin the magic. Are you ready to listen and follow me? I shall teach you to create a wonderful rainbow power body and also the magic of meeting a lovely power animal to aid sleep and dream time. Let's enjoy this. Please place your hands on your heart. Your heart rainbow colour is green. Now command and tell it to spin faster. To cleanse itself and open to great love. Let's breathe into green and blow out green air. Please place your hands now on your throat. Your throat rainbow colour is light blue. Now command and tell it to spin faster. Tell it to cleanse and open to great power. Let's breathe into light blue and blow out light blue air. Please place your hands now on your belly button. Your belly button rainbow colour is yellow. And command and tell it to spin faster. To cleanse itself and open to great wisdom. Breathe into yellow and blow out yellow air. Place your hands now on your forehead. Your forehead rainbow colour is deep blue. Command and tell it to spin faster. Tell it to cleanse and open to a great imagination. Breathe into deep blue and blow out deep blue air. Place your hands now just below the belly button. Here just below the belly button is your rainbow colour orange. Command and tell it to spin faster. Tell it to cleanse and open to great order. Breathe into orange and blow out orange air. Now place your hands at the top of your legs on the hips. Your hips rainbow colour is red. Command and tell it to spin faster. To cleanse itself and open to a great life. Breathe into red and blow out red air. One more rainbow colour. Place your hands on the top of your head. Your top of the head rainbow colour is purple. Command and tell it to spin faster. Tell it to cleanse and open to creation the big universe. Breathing into purple and blow out purple air. Let's continue with your rainbow body and move the body into a star shape. Stretch fully. Stretch out your arms, Your legs. Spread like a star. Feel a tiny stretch like a shooting star. Make a wish if you please. Stars are magnificent and aid sleep time too. And now to welcome a big gigantic cleansing of the whole room. Magical flames of violet fire. Let this magic fire clean up the bedroom you are in. Magic magic flames dance in violet flames and everything is super clean and tidy so fast. Time to enter your deepest relaxation with something special now. Let all the body deeply relax. Get comfy. We will bring in a lovely power animal for you. They are great friends. Very wise and exciting too. You have in fact many power animals that love you through life's journey.
