Closing your eyes,
Thank you.
Let the eyes go up and down,
Up and down.
As if physically looking and understanding the heart and brain connection.
That is different to the heart and mind connection.
I wish to bring your attention a gentle reminder how to keep a physical,
Healthy heart that will reflect on the heart and mind on that higher level.
Relaxing your eyes and centred.
Take a full breath in and hold onto for 7 seconds now,
Thank you.
Feel the breath long and smooth.
Thus long loving breaths triggers relaxation and can also be used against both the pressure of stress and situations that become troublesome.
The physical brain is always looking after the body.
But when we get into situations it will respond quickly.
And blood pressure and heart rate goes up.
Then we step into our power of the mind.
And wish to cancel out flight and fight mode.
For we are not getting ready to run or preparing to defend ourselves.
We simply encounter silly stress from time to time from situations or others.
Often drama and drama will never be kind to you.
Worrying is also an energy drainer that again isn't kind to you.
We can learn to cancel out worry with logic and solutions.
But all negatives have indeed a positive.
So join me in refusing to pressure my physical heart and begin to diffuse it all.
The heart loves deep breathing and exercise that produces endorphins,
The electric stuff of life.
A healthy body will boost the mind and you will feel in control of situations in a calm and strong position.
Feeding the heart includes food,
Water and drinks.
But to avoid first the consumption of too much food in one go.
This will trigger lots of chemical reactions that put the heart under pressure.
We must fall in love with moderation and discipline.
For these too have massive rewards.
And you can feel a control of the health and happiness it carries.
Heart foods that come from healthy fats.
Those certain foods like fish,
Avocados,
Nuts and so on.
The cocoa found in chocolate,
In moderation of course,
Lowers cholesterol in the bloodstream.
Even wine in moderation supports a healthy heart.
Now,
No matter how mentally active we are,
We still physically benefit from our chosen preferred exercise.
And build a good relationship with that for our entire lives.
So here we are reminded,
Maintaining a healthy heart,
Its basic needs to be met.
Let's now enter some deep long breaths and for fun add the colour white for an energy cleansing of the heart too.
Let's begin to take a breath in and hold it for 7 seconds now.
Think white and release your first white breath.
Breathe in again and hold for 7 seconds now.
Think calming white and release that white breath.
Breathe in again and hold for 7 seconds now.
Think purity and white,
Release that white breath.
Breathe in again and hold 7 seconds now.
Whiteness into the heart and release this pure white breath.
Breathe in again and hold 7 seconds now.
White energy into the heart and release this white breath.
Now relax a little as we look up to the higher heart that is a pink chakra energy.
Let's breathe in pink and hold 7 seconds now.
This bright pink air.
Focusing on the word love,
Its limitless connection to all things of positivity.
Tell yourself I shall seek the positivity in all things and react better in a kind way that keeps my heart healthy.
And for fun now,
Let the head turn in a slow circle and just know you have the power to stay bright,
Healthy and happy.
Coming back to centered now for a divine connection to your heart,
Your mind.
Working and playing together.
